“I really enjoyed my time at Buckle. I came in for an accessory that said it was in stock online, couldn’t find it myself, so an associate named Audrey helped me. This girl went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted, and got me checked out right away despite the Black Friday mass. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Staff seemed to be calm despite the crowd, & eager to help in any way they could! The store was well kept, and again just want to brag on the staff especially Audrey! Highly recommend, will be back. All around good experience! If you go, ask for Audrey!!!”

“Great customer service, however extremely particular with what they take. Make sure your clothes are new, hardly worn if at all and maybe even with tags and likely trendy. They take all season year round. Also weren’t accepting XS ? Weird. Were able to get ahold of me within 30 min of dropping off clothes. Thankfully is also able to donate and didn’t have go back to pick up. But didn’t not profit anything.”

“I love this store. I wish they had a Gabe’s closer to where I live. The closest one is 1 hour and 40 minutes away from my house in SC. I visited recently and got an Ariat hoodie (Men’s) on sale for $23. (It’s too big for me, so I wish I had tried it on before leaving, but I wasn’t thinking.) I still wear it though. It’s extremely comfortable. For some reason I got an XL and I needed a Medium. I like clothes that are bigger, but this hoodie fits bigger than other XL Men’s hoodies I have. I’m not used to buying smaller sizes, and I didn’t try anything on.Their Carhartt hoodies were a great price too. ($32 each)Compared to Amazon and the actual name brand websites; their hoodies are a really great deal. The first time I visited I bought 2 Champion hoodies (little girls’ sizes) for $9.99 each. That is a great deal compared to the normal prices of Champion clothing.I plan on going back to get some early Christmas gifts for my best friend/boyfriend and my family members. Their toys are also great prices. The bubble guns are way cheaper than Amazon. So when I saw them, I had to get my kids some. I have been wanting to buy them for years now. But they aren’t as cheap on Amazon. The pack of 4 bouncy balls (large sized) were a great deal too. Unfortunately I left everything except my hoodie (because I was wearing it) at my boyfriend’s house by accident. ? But once I get them back, my kids will be extremely happy. The store is never messy when we go, and we never have any issues with anything. The cashiers are always friendly and welcoming towards us too.”

“To begin with my friend and I came to Johnson City to try out the mall since its the closes one from Bristol. Pretty nice mall it looked bigger from the outside but its a cute small mall. Not that many stores, but there is a lot of food to choose from on the food court area. Additionally I went to several stores and the customer service was great all around. Also the mall was very clean and neat including the restrooms too. Furthermore if y'all want shop in a hurry and where there isn't too much people I recommend this mall for sure.”

“We had bought our niece some anime sleep pants that was the wrong size on the hanger. Jenn the manager was so helpful and reordered them for us for them to come im thw mail and be the wrong size AGAIN which is bs, but yet again Jenn came to the rescue and let my niece keep the pants to gift to some one else and let her pick something different out and didnt charge us the difference. She was so amazing in the both times i have came back to fix the christmas gift. Thank you boxlunch and your employess for making a little girl happy for christmas. As always will be shopping at boxlunch again. Never a bad experince.”

She helped us through the whole process. She knew where everything was in the store and that was a big help in finding the one item we needed in the end. “The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and well laid out. They have the cutest selection and the clothes are very high quality so you get what you pay for. I have purchased many items from them and never have been disappointed but slowly their selection hasn’t been size inclusive. If the are truly a “plus size” store they do not need to carry XS-L. I get lucky if they have something in 2X. The girls that work there are super considerate and apologetic because the larger sizes go first. I wish they would carry and purchase more extended sizes. I love this store but I’m slowly becoming disappointed in the size range.”

She retrieved any dresses my wife wanted and brought them right to the dressing room, while assisting other customers in the store. It was a VIP experience, with a great selection of clothing, very reasonably priced for the quality of the clothes.”
