I just had to have the engine in my 2018 Ford Edge replaced, I had to go thru Carmax warranty That I purchased with the car almost 4 years ago.Mr Dawes did an awesome job, you would never know anything had been done to my car other than it runs like a new one(of course a new motor). “Went in for an alignment because my van was pulling. They took the car back and then came back and said the alignment was perfect when it came in. They also gave me solutions to the issue. Unrelated to the initial repair an O-ring failed a week later. They worked me in again same day and had me back on the road within hours. Didn’t charge to replace the o-ring or additional labor. I travel cross country several times during the course of the year. And a lot of times solo. So it's important to me to have all systems working properly. “I pulled in on a Friday afternoon 15 minutes before closing. I need my tire plugged. But I didn't have the money. So ask the man there if they could just put air in my tire so I can make it home I had a plug kit in the car. I had a flat tire at hilltop and they didn't have the decency to help me they were ready to go home. Not only did they fill up my tire with air they also plug my tire at no charge with a smile on there face they didn't make me feel bad because I couldn't cash my check . I told them ty so much for their kind heart there's not many people in the world like that anymore. I will bring my business to them from now on. And after reading all the reviews I'm pretty sure I will be”

“I was in on Sunday, 10/29/2023 to get my wife's oil changed. There was also a coolant leak, which I brought to their attention. Within minutes, the mechanic had me come to the work bay to show me the cause of the leak. The 23 year-old radiator had split and was unrepairable. They ordered a radiator (On a Sunday!) and had it installed within a couple of hours! I would highly recommend this location of Firestone, not just for the quickness of service, but the professionalism of ALL INVOLVED! Thank you!!”

Given the rotors had almost 100,000 miles on them I figured it was time. They were able to do the brakes and I was on the road in about an hour.The folks working here are always friendly. “This was, by far, the most pleasant experience I've had when it comes to any sort of car service! I had a blowout on the side of the interstate on Black Friday. I showed up at discount tire on Saturday morning a little after 8 and was back in the road before 9. Jasper greeted me as I pulled in and checked my three remaining tires. I was able to make my decision based on data he showed me, and I never felt pressured to upgrade or make a purchase. It was such an easy experience that I had my wipers changed out, as well. There was coffee and bottled water provided during our wait.”
