“So, I had my 22 Volvo detailed at Dent Worx today. While it was not cheap, I was amazed at the quality of work. Far more than I expected. Car looked like it was in the showroom. They even cleaned the engine compartment. The collision depth even mixed up paint to match and touched up, some paint chips. I will go back. Dent Worx is first class.”

“I had an amazing experience with B & E Collision. Every person I interacted with went above and beyond my expectations. Greg Blankenship was particularly impressive. I had hit a deer probably less than 5 days prior to me contacting B & E Collision, and had passengers side headlight, right fender, hood, grill, front bumper, and underskirt damage. When they replaced the drivers side non-damaged headlight, they accidentally discarded the good LED high and low beam lights in that housing. I asked about the non-damaged side, and Greg said they were probably gone. However, he promised to order a set of both and kept me informed via email. The pickup was delayed by a few days due to waiting on parts, but I was understanding of it. They gave me periodic updates via emails and text messages.A few years ago, my 2014 Tahoe was damaged when I hit a deer. I took it to JH Collision Center, but I had issues with them during the process, and the work was sub-par. They tried to have me sign off on it, but I refused as they had a bad paint job with little holes in the paint that you could see to the base metal and a good amount of over spray on the windows. I regretted not using B & E Collision at that time. Now, I highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs work done with their vehicle damage. “I recently popped by Kingsport Tire and Auto (walk in, no appointment) because of an issue with tire sensor system. They were totally booked that afternoon but fit me in early next morning. I travel cross country several times during the course of the year. And a lot of times solo. So it's important to me to have all systems working properly. “I pulled in on a Friday afternoon 15 minutes before closing. I need my tire plugged. But I didn't have the money. So ask the man there if they could just put air in my tire so I can make it home I had a plug kit in the car. I had a flat tire at hilltop and they didn't have the decency to help me they were ready to go home. Not only did they fill up my tire with air they also plug my tire at no charge with a smile on there face they didn't make me feel bad because I couldn't cash my check . “Quick service at an affordable price! They worked me in same day and called with diagnosis within 2 hours. Part had to be ordered so I left the vehicle overnight but had it back by lunch next day. Unrelated to the initial repair an O-ring failed a week later. They worked me in again same day and had me back on the road within hours. Didn’t charge to replace the o-ring or additional labor.
