They took it in and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. They had to pump the liquid out, break down the tire, and pump it back. Excellent service!”

“My control rod and ball joint broke, and my car just happened to get disabled about 2 businesses down from Bill’s. It was evening, and they were closed but there were 2 mechanics in the parking lot looking at another guy’s car. I limped my car into the parking lot and walked up to them and said “hey fellas. I know you’re closed and probably trying to go home, but do you think you could just take a look at my car?”
They told me what was wrong, and that if I wanted to leave it there, they would call me with an estimate the next morning. This was on a Thursday evening, and when I called on Friday, they hadn’t gotten to my car yet, and they’re closed sat-mom so it was Tuesday before I got an estimate. I was ok with waiting a few days, because I had just showed up without a previous appointment and I, unlike a lot of the general public, understand that I am not the only customer who wants their car fixed.
Tuesday rolled around and they called me with an estimate, and said the car would be ready Wednesday afternoon.
I got a call from Bill’s at 6:00 Tuesday afternoon and I answered the phone with “why do I have the feeling that you’re about to tell me something bad?”

I’m n the contrary, she was calling to tell me that my car was finished a little early AND that the repairs had actually come in at about 80 bucks less than they had originally quoted me.

I have NEVER had that happen with a car repair….anywhere. It’s almost always MORE that previously expected. They always find something else wrong, etc.

I am a full time caregiver (unpaid) for my disabled mother and I don’t have much money. They worked with me on fixing what I could afford and getting me back on the road.

I will definitely be back, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.”
