Very nice on the phone and they did great work at a fare price

Whoever answered the phone was snippy and rude. He couldn't give me a direct answer and I could barely even make out what he was saying through his lazy hick accent. I guess I wouldn't know if they do good work or not since I didn't even want to bother with them after that experience.
