“Not sure where all of the negative reviews are coming from ... I'm new to Jonesborough, have used them twice in the past month, multiple customers were in there each time. I had to ship an overnight package to Florida and it arrived as promised. I also shipped a couple of returns using prepaid labels today, and they helped me package, tape and label those boxes. Everyone was treated respectfully ... from the FedEx employee who was picking up a HUGE load of boxes to the small children with me who were chatty and petting the dog. I'll be back. They are pleasant and efficient.”
