“What a refreshing experience this morning at this UPS store, good costumer service is hard to come by these days . The young man with the Burt Reynolds mustache was so nice and helped me with my Amazon return. The other two ladies working has smiles on their face as well.”

Seth was patient and took his time helping me with the process of creating the document, emailing it to FedEx, and printing and paying at the machine.

“I just left the UPS store. The lady inside was wonderful. It was one or two minutes after five and she was all locked up, but let me in to make my returns anyways. I thought it would be super easy, but there were some complications and she was very gracious and very kind and I’m so thankful that she let me in. This employee Definitely went out of her way to offer. Excellent customer service. And I was in such a hurry that I didn’t ask her name which is a shame because she deserves kudos.”
