“I moved from the Abingdon VA to White Pine TN seventeen years ago and had previously bought my furniture at Zak’s. Since moving I was shopping and buying in Knoxville. Just bought a new home and thought I would make the trip to Johnson City last Sunday. I’m so glad that I did. We were greeted by Dianne and she did a great job identifying our needs. After the end of October you will realize that it's now closed permanently and abandoned, I had a great experience going there for 5 years now, they used to have TV's in stock I even went to take a look at what is going on I see the banner sign that says "Store Closing!"

“I ordered a bedroom set in May and was told that will be there in August in mid-September still have not received the entire set. So I asked for a portion to be delivered. Zak's was nice enough to deliver it. I was told that the other unit would be in later. Two weeks ago they called and said the unit was in and I requested an afternoon delivery. They scheduled me for two weeks later. I just got a call was told that they would be delivering it first thing in the morning. When I called to complain, they adjusted the time.”
