“Had bad experience with a washer at a place in Elizabethton, couldnt send a repair person for 3 weeks, etc wouldn’t switch out for another washer even though I had extended warranty, went to Ritchie’s was treated so well, I bought a washer from them and a new stove. Free delivery and it was brought the next day. They took my other ones and put on my porch out of my way.I will forever be a customer at Ritchie’s Furniture!!”
