Chris called stores all over their network to find the products and get them shipped in time for our remodel. One crucial set was lost in shipping so Chris checked daily until she found it and had it shipped to us within just over a week. We felt that Chris was not only knowledgeable about solutions for us but that she really cared about meeting our needs.”
