Just bought a new home and thought I would make the trip to Johnson City last Sunday. I’m so glad that I did. We were greeted by Dianne and she did a great job identifying our needs. Zak’s has a greater inventory and better pricing than anyone in Knoxville. Everyone we interacted with were done a great job. The pellet stove we bought is beautiful, and Jeff did his best to get it to us asap. However, the exhaust piping kept coming in with small dents, Jeff, wanting to make sure everything was perfect, wouldn't settle for less than perfection.He took matters into his own hands, and told them to bubble wrap the pipes. Perfect! Then the manufacturer sent the wrong Hearth pad, Jeff made sure they expedited the correct one out asap!Details like this is why we recommend that if you're interested in having it done RIGHT, have Johnson city Hearth and Patio do the job.Jeff EARNED his 5 star review, and he will make sure your install is perfect too.”

“I ordered a bedroom set in May and was told that will be there in August in mid-September still have not received the entire set. So I asked for a portion to be delivered. Zak's was nice enough to deliver it. I was told that the other unit would be in later. Two weeks ago they called and said the unit was in and I requested an afternoon delivery. They scheduled me for two weeks later. I just got a call was told that they would be delivering it first thing in the morning. When I called to complain, they adjusted the time.”
