I had a last minute Father’s Day gift that needed to be engraved. This was a special occasion because it was my boyfriend’s very first Father’s Day. Even though they were extremely busy, the individuals at Diamond Exchange worked my watch engraving in, so that I would have it back in time. The engraving looked excellent & I could not be happier. “Moved to Johnson City back in February and just discovered this "gem" last week! The staff was beyond welcoming and friendly. I feel the prices are reasonable for a metaphysical store. Especially if you're wanting to ethically source your product ?. They have a fantastic selection of crystals, including sterling silver jewelery. They also sell tarot decks, gift items, essentials oils, herbs and incense! So grateful my best friend was visiting me and discovered this magical shop. **bonus points for sharing a birthday with me**”

“We had lots of sentimental value wrapped up in our humble engagement ring that after almost 10 years of marriage we wanted to upgrade. Tate didn’t even attempt to sell us a ring from his vast inventory but instead went to work taking what we had and having my wife’s new ring hand crafted. We were absolutely thrilled with the final product. They even entertained our children as they ran around the place like wild banshees, sorry about the glass guys ?I will send everyone I know to Greg Isbell Jewelers for their jewelry store needs!”
“I gave 5 stars because I would recommend this store. Now this is small and it's one woman in there so be patient she is so attentive and helps so much but it is home coming/pageant season. I've seen so many negative reviews about the owner but I have nothing but good things to say. She was so helpful even when the store was packed. I did trade one of my dresses in for some credit, and she was very reasonable. The prices I saw were pretty reasonable almost all of the short dresses were less than $200 and even less than $150. They have a large variety of stuff to choose from too. The longer dresses were more expensive most of which were in the hundreds, but if you trade in something you have it'll lower the price some. So over all I would say I had a great experience and would 100% recommended this store to someone looking for a good deal and some southern service and charm!”
