Dempsey’s has repaired or sized several pieces of estate jewelry for me, as well as helping me to choose a special legacy gift. I can’t say enough about their service and attention to detail. Declan was my sales associate, and he was very patient and knowledgeable-NOT a high pressure salesperson in the entire shop!

Dempsey’s Jewelers has served upper East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia for over thirty years. This business started in 1976 as a Repair & Fabrication Center for area Jewelry Stores. Wanting to serve the public, Dempsey and his wife opened the retail store in April of 1993. Working on the bench as a Master Goldsmith, Master Stone Setter and Caster of fine jewelry, Dempsey and his family have grown from just two employees to a staff of twelve. Located on Peoples Street in North Johnson City their new location has over 2000 sq./ft and state of the art equipment in both the shop and in the showroom. Unmatched service coupled with a friendly staff, goldsmithing and designing are the elements that truly gleam from this family owned business.
