“This location is great and Terry done an amazing job when I broke the hose on the vacuum ??♀️. He had it fixed and back in business in under 5 minutes. He ,and the car wash itself, is so great I decided to get a membership. The only criticism I have is that the car wash does not do a great job at getting the back of the vehicle as clean as the rest. However, it is definitely worth the monthly rate for what all is included.”

“I drove my car from Colorado to Johnson city to gift to my parents. Let's just say my car was a mess by the time I drove it into tri City Auto detailers. Once I picked the car up it looked like it came straight from the showroom at the dealership. Great customer service, great prices, and great work! Highly recommended.”

“My washer is broken and I've been to a couple of laundromats locally in the interim. I can't say enough good things about Pit Stop Wash Center. The whole time I was there the ladies were cleaning. They swept, cleaned the bathrooms, were dusting the appliances, and cleaning them. They were both pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and obviously in the process of being freshly painted. My clothes smell fresh. The vast majority of the machines were in order. I drove several miles out of my way to try it based on the reviews, and I'm glad I did. It is a gem among local laundromats.”

“As far as laundromats go this one seems like the most legit. I don't often visit laundromats, but I suppose that when I do it's at Kaylee's (Pit Stop). Drop off service or do it yourself. The washers range from $7 (commercial washer) to $4 (standard) and the dryers are $3 (commercial) to $1.50 (standard). Each cycle lasts about 20 minutes. Overall a decent place if you're in a bind for a washer and dryer service.”

“I highly suggest anyone who is looking for an amazing easy to get to and convenient car wash to come to Tommy's. My car had become extremely dirty from me being a delivery driver and I finally got tired of it. The staff was amazing, and helped me to get my beautiful car back to its nice former shine. This was probably the best experience I have ever had at a car wash. They explained to me how to set up the app and even helped me to get it set up correctly. They showed extreme care and kindness. I will be coming back on a regular basis not just for the amazing service but also for the amazing deal that they have for their customers.”

“This car wash is clean, well-lit and very well taken care of. Because of that, it also feels safe, even late at night - which matters. It is a smaller carwash, but killer location and open 24 hrs per day. I prefer to come here - no wait and I can clean our vehicles at our own pace. The automatic wash is shockingly good, I was surprised.Glad this place reopened. I assume it is locally owned because I see someone servicing the wash and cleaning up sometimes. We prefer to support local businesses when we can, more than enough huge chains in Johnson City with owners across the country. Thank you guys!”

“Switched here from the one down the street (one down the street always left black scuffs on my car and looked worse coming out than going in) and this car wash is a million times better! They take time to actually pre-wash your car. Vacuums are better and they even have air for your tires at each vacuum. 110% better than others in JC”

“Put yourself in my place: gotta have a low mileage Honda HRV EX, manual transmission. Rare as hens teeth. But I found one, (barely) reachable with a day’s drive from home—almost 800 miles to JC from northern Michigan. Not to mention the trade-in aspect. So I had my plan, but executing it meant lots of pre-planning and long-distance communication. Thanks to Justin & Katie at Friendship, it all came together flawlessly. The HRV was every bit the like-new unicorn that Justin had described., and the trade-in was as easy as promised.
