“I rented a Mitsubishi Mirage just to get around town. On the second day a light on the dashboard pops up and there is a problem. I drove the car right back and explained the issue. They said no problem sorry for the issue we will give you another one. Gave me a Kia Sorrento for the remaining rental which was 2 weeks. Had no issues and the upgrade did not cost extra. Was an excellent experience. I have rented from here about 3 times and every time was extremely satisfied.”

“My wife and our little ? were in dire straits of needing a rental car fast we in Kim blew a tire on our car and had to leave it in a body shop in John’s town Tennessee it was the end of the day and we didn’t even have a hotel room yet called enterprise to no avail called hertz in kings town or something like that won’t have a car till 3oclock the following day hurts the same thing called hertz in John’s town again run around no call backs so my man in the body shop was nice enough to give us a ride to a Hilton thank god and we passed hertz on the way so I asked him to stop mind you it’s late like we’re going home now late now the good stuff there was a very very nice girl behind the counter her name is katlyn not shur on the spelling this girl was wonderful not only did she have a car waiting there but also told me who and what ever I spoke to who gave me a price of 1600 hundred dollars and only 3000 miles for the rental to Long Island and back was completely wrong and I was going to pay it because we were stuck miss Kate informed me it was only just about 800 and unlimited miles long story short if that sweet nice young lady ain’t a manager she should be and what ever wage she makes you should give that girl a raise she really did care about us as customers she’s a definite keeper maybe like an office and her name on the door keeper ok that’s our story long winded but all true thank you miss Kate from hertz Johnstown Tennessee you were a true blessing ???? thank you John Sherie and ? “What a great, efficient, friendly place. I hadn't heard of this company prior to this week. We decided on a car rental which our 18 year old is allowed to drive (unlike other rental places). I called this morning. Around 1pm we pulled in, Signed the contract, and we were off. They made sure our daughter was comfortable in the vehicle before we left. I recommend Pro Rent A Car ??”
