“THE GOOD:I have rented from them several times before. Prices were mostly good, cars always nice, clean, etc. I have sometimes got an upgrade for free on the day of pick up just because of availability, which was great. For this, they get 4 stars. Not quite 5, but 4, yes.THE BAD:However, recently when our area had a round of bad weather my SUV had to go in the shop unexpectedly (from an issue I had put off for months and it finally "Said" No More! LOL ) and I needed to rent a car for a few days...THE UGLY:Enterprise was CLOSED, because of said weather!? Really?! Wonder how many other people needed a car - because of the weather?? Well, I had trouble trying to work something out with their Customer Service line. I found it confusing as hell and frustrating. I ended up making other plans. So, for this, I give them ZERO Stars. That's all.”
