Both were phenomenal to work with. Not pushy at all, and give the vibe that they genuinely want to find the perfect vehicle for your needs. I was given a fair price for my trade and the new vehicle. They fought between banks to get me the best interest rate available, and made two separate trips to my house because of a paperwork error. These guys will go above and beyond for you. With new management I can see everything turning around for the Jackson location.LONG REVIEW BUT READ ‼️The guy I had gotten me approved & set up my appointment wasn’t the guy I met (even though I had already become comfortable with him) ?I was given a list of cars in my price range to look at before my appointment (I was set on the Sonic). When I showed up for my appointment to test drive the Sonic, I was asked if I knew how to drive a stick shift (the pictures showed that it was an automatic) ?While walking the lot for other cars in my price range I proceeded to ask if I was still eligible for the “managers choice special” I was told that the guy that had gotten me approved had come from a different car lot and they sometimes us different wording (it says managers choice special on select cars, on the website) ?Picked a car and test drove it, the engine light was on ?but I pointed it out to my seller and he insured me that it was the gas tank but they got the light cleared before I left the lot (11/15/23).The next day the light came back on and I called to notify my seller, he gave me the number to the service dept, I called, no answer and I left a vm (11/16/23)Didn’t receive a call back so I called again that following day. Got ahold to someone and was set up for an appointment for that following Wednesday (11/17/23)In between time of my appointment my car started “stuttering” to the point I had to pull over and shut it off then cut it back on.Day before my appointment I took my car to autozone to have my light checked. Was told it was my ignition switch and a misfire. Got the paper from AutoZone and called back up to the service dept to let them know. Was told to bring the paper with me to my appointment (11/21/23)Day of my appointment I was told that it was the spark plugs & coils that would need to be replaced and I wouldn’t be charged because they were under warranty ?? BUT the misfire was because of the fuel injector and gasket which would be a $800 fix because it’s not covered under warranty ??♀️ (11/22/23)Saturday my car wouldn’t start AT ALL. I called into the service dept and let someone know. He apologized for my inconvenience and said he would check with someone Monday to see if they could have it towed to their shop for free. (11/25/23)My stepdad came down Sunday to give me a boost off and when he lifted my hood to put the plugs on he noticed that the wire to my battery was loose (it had been loose since the day I purchased the car) he tightened it up and my car started and the light went off ?? (11/26/23)Monday I received a call back from the service dept. I told him I got it started then he proceeded to ask me had I been driving it since my appointment because he didn’t know if someone told me but driving it while it has that misfire could make it worse…. I proceeded to tell him well yes I had been driving it cause I had to get back home and I door dash to get extra money. I was then told to drive it as minimum as possible… (11/27/23)(but this is my only means of transportation getting back and forth to work so what am I to do now when it’s time to make a payment?)”

“I just wanted to get on here and say how wonderful my experience with Miller's Automotive. When I came in I was sceptic about getting another car and was afraid of getting something I did not want or that would break down. Let me tell you when say Rico was awesome, he was . Rico explained to me how everything worked ,he also was honest about every car I was interested in. I ended up with a Ford escape that still needed a little work, which Rico had informed me about and said that they would get that fixed. I'm proud to say he did everything he said he would. I also got a chance to me the Mr. Miller and he was also nice as well as the other staff. Even with me calling as much as I did they where still nice to me. My experience was awesome and hopefully it will continue to be.”

“Update---- a few days after purchasing a used vehicle from this company, we started having issues with it. We found out the tires were dry rotted. Took the vehicle to a local reputable mechanic. He showed us where the control was bent, the sway bar was bent and the frame was also bent. As well as multiple other structural issues. We are a carfax which showed the car had been in a wreck and was a total loss just 6 months prior. The airbags had been deployed. The car was considered a total loss. We could have been very badly injured. Thankfully the took the car back and gave us our money back. We ended up going to Boliver Ford and purchasing a brand new car. We will never suggest this car lot to anyone.We had a great experience dealing with them. I gave 4 stars because a couple of the vehicles had minor issues. But not bad enough that we went elsewhere. Altogether the buying experience was great. I'll be a return customer.”

“They were awesome. We actually bought a Chrysler Pacifica from them. My wife and four of our children were in an accident a couple weeks ago and we had the same vehicle for one day as a rental. They got us in the single digits on our interest. They all were talking with our children (two daughters). They were all amazing especially for our kids. They're even going to pay for another key (which is very expensive!). I recommend them for anything they have on the lot.”

“Hey, if you wonder about some of the bad comments here its because of another car dealer ship That was called f&r auto sales. An employee in 2015 was very disrespectful to a deliveryguy because of 7$. The whole conversation got recorded and the Video went viral now. The problem is that the subtitles in the video are above the name of the car dealership so you can read F&B Auto Sales instead of F&R. For those who care: the dealership got shut down and the delivery guy got raised a lot of Money. Greetings from germany”
