Just moved to Jackson, and was thoroughly impressed by both the equipment and employees. Jack in particular was very helpful in showing me around and even going through a personal training session with me. I would definitely recommend seeing him no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

So far I have had A positive experience with Gold’s Gym, Mr. Jack Sharp is helping me figure out all of the exercises that I need to do in order to get the body that I dream of I cannot wait to see how this experience goes. #personaltrainer&plexus LETS GO!
