“This is a relatively small gym. There is no hype, the staff is friendly the equipment is in good condition and the facility is clean. There is the cardio section, strength machines: I believe there is Life Fitness and Hammer Strength machines, then a free weight area. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the staff takes your temperature at the door to screen you for the COVID virus. They have installed some sort of air sanitizing device in all of the HVAC systems. What ever they installed not only sanitizes the air, it also deposits sanitizing particles on surfaces. Not sure how it works, but they had information sheets posted around the facility explaining they were installing it for the protection of everyone in the facility. It impressed me. The atmosphere is very chill, no one bothers you. Every now and then you see a father and teen son working out together or husband and wife. I really like the idea that there is no intimidation factor and a relatively small crowd.”

“I have been with Gold Gym since 2017, I have always known and interact with polite, nice any friendly Gold’s gym managers who handle issues with outermost respect. The current Manager is extremely rude and unnecessarily irrational. He seems to have a lot of issues with himself.”
