“We saw a Jeep the Friday before New Years and called the dealership. Since we live over an hour away I spoke with Tina Mosier and asked if she would hold it until the next day after New Years. I spoke to her again and filled out all the finance paperwork then headed that way. When we got there she had the Jeep sitting out front and was super detailed!The finance went a little slow because they had computer issues but all in all a good experience!The dealership then UPS overnighted the license plates once they came in.Good job!”

“Needed a caliper for my jeep, they had 1 of the only 2 in town. The first place, (not oreillys) I went to had me heated when I walked out. That is when i tried this store, oriellys has not been my usual stop for a long time. I walked I'm and both employees were busy with customers. When one got free he wasted no time helping me. I did not have to explain to him about my jeep having 4 million different types of brake pads and calipers at all. He asked me if I was aware of this situation. I told him the type of caliper and he had it on the counter in a few min. He even pointed me towards a buy 1 get 1 deal they had on the best damn wipers I have ever owned, unfortunately for my wife's car. So I got everything I needed at a great price with no anger issues. I took the core back a few days later and bought myself some new wipers for my jeep, the sale was over but I could careless. This was the best experience I have had a t a part store in awhile. I will be returning to this location again if only to speak to knowledgeable people. I had buying parts from kids that don't care for their job. I also made an online order a few days later, had no problem picking it up. I was in and out in 3 min max.”
