“This review is specifically for the PetVet Clinic. I had the greatest experience with the crew here today. I have a 7 month old Cane Corso who doesn't get out much so therefore has anxiety/fear of new places. When I'm telling you that I had to DRAG him out of the car and through the store, I'm not joking. I became extremely winded just from having to drag my 100lb puppy. Several times I had to stop and take a seat with him on the ground to coax him. Upon entering the staff I was warmly greeted by Rebecca, Cheyenne, and Dr. Pace. Each member of this team was phenomenal in their customer service and never once made me feel as if my puppy was being difficult or that we were taking too long. He even had an accident due to being so scared and they made no big deal out of it!! They loved on Odin to make him comfortable and were so knowledgeable. Turns out my poor pup has dermatitis and acne so we got him fixed up with topicals until his next visit in 3 weeks. Once again I appreciate the staff's patience with my pup and I. They are definitely are our go to now for wellness visits and annual shots. I look forward to building a relationship with the team. See ya'll in 3 weeks and thank you once again!! Can't recommend them enough!”

“First of all, way to go JC Penney for employing such an amazing asset to your company. My husband and I went to the JC Penney in Mt Juliet to buy a suit for our daughter's wedding. Typically my husband is not a suit wearing man but considering the celebration it was appropriate. We were looking at the selection and was greeted by Luke who asked if we needed any assistance. Obviously needing the assistance my husband accepted. Luke was AMAZING! He went way above our expectations. He helped from start to finish. Helping coordinate color schemes with the wedding, ideas for our sons attire, and even got me savings on the suit I bought there 2 weeks prior for my 16 year old.

“My husband and I visited this Walmart supercenter looking for Sam’s Choice gluten-free bread. We took the last one on the shelf and asked an employee if she could see if there was any stored in the back. The employee got another employee named Andrew, who was most gracious to go to the back, since his computer was showing there was still 5 loaves available. When he came back, he apologized profusely that he could not find any more.
It is very rare for someone to go above and beyond, and I hope he will be recognized for the great service he provided. His smile was very engaging and was very personable.

“So this review is pertaining to the houseplants/gardening section of my local Walmart. These plants are alive and should be treated with better care.
First off I can't believe how much a simple houseplant costs these days they have doubled in price in a relatively short period of time.
One would think that in return Walmart would take better care of their plants. I'm embarrassed for Walmart that they think that it's acceptable to proudly display what happens when you do not properly care for a houseplant, indoors or out.
So does the increase in price make-up for the ones sitting on shelves dead?? This inventory is alive and dieing a slow and preventable death. I'm certain that if the pricing was adjusted the shelves would be bare and no plants would suffer the slow death I witnessed on my last visit..
If they aren't going to properly water the plants and take necessary effort to care for these delicate plants why carry them at all? It pains me to see row after row of plants being neglected.
It's bad business to charge what they do for a houseplant only to neglect the ones sitting on their shelves.
This is completely avoidable and I don't understand why stores take better care of their live plants I have a suggestion... Adjust the price of your live inventory before they wither away and die..”
