“In my case, I only needed someone to 'pull a code' having been greeted by the dreaded, illuminated silohuette of an engine from the dash. Early afternoon on a Sunday. 'Lucked up; not busy at all. They were able to grab the scanner and address my situation almost immediately. The tech was knowledgeable, helpful and somewhat reassuring. Aside, she was profoundly kind.The cost of the new/needed/prescribed part prohibited me from purchasing at the time, but I walked away knowing what I must do rather sooner than later thanks to the proficient and pragmatic/objective - and again very kind representative. I was in and out within mere moments - so I feel that their speed of service is another mention entirely that I should highlight at this time.”

“I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOOOVE this place. But it is the owner[s] and employees that make It has been family owned for MANY years. I haven't had the best luck with cars. I had totled my car back in Oct. Of 2023 due to my prosthetic leg malfunctioning...Brandi [the owners daughter] and I talked a few days after the wreck..I found out my insurance was screwing me over. So I was out a car. Well it turns out they had an old 2002 Saturn just sitting there and they had been waiting to help out a customer in need. It's not a looler. Old school roll up windows....but it runs and gets me to work and to see my kiddos... I am forever grateful/thankful to all of them at the shop. They never bust heads and they treat everyone like family and friends. 10000x recommend”

“I was traveling through Nashville when I got a coolant leak and took my cruze to larrys.. he was able to stop the leak but once I made it to knoxville my water pump went out.. pep boys changed that out for me but they had also told me I had a cracked valve cover. Once I returned back to my home state I called Larry and he said he would pay to get it replaced no problem which was awesome! I took it into a shop in my hometown they checked everything to find out if I actually did have a cracked valve cover. According to them I do not so I did not need to replace it but the fact that Larry was willing to foot the bill and admit it could've been his misdoing should say enough about what an honest mechanic he is! Definitely recommend!”

“We got into an accident while in Nashville on Labor Day weekend and needed to make sure our car was driveable for the trip back. Our bumper was halfway falling off and our hood wouldn’t close. We went to Quality Auto Care INC with low expectations thinking we’d have to get a rental car, but they were able to quickly fix our car even better than we could’ve hoped. In maybe 20 minutes, it was safe to drive. And, they wouldn’t accept any payment from us, even though they’d helped us out immensely on a holiday when no one else was working.
