“Honestly I’ve viewed many apartments over the years and I can say Jason has been the best leasing manager I have ever experienced! Informative, polite, attentive, and so professional. I’m in the process of seeking out a new place and I honestly don’t know if any of the others can top this. It’s very clean just needs a fresh paint job in some areas but everything else is close to perfect. My 30 minute visit was enough for me to understand why this place has such great reviews. If you needed a sign to move here this is it!”

“The Luxe at Indian Lake is the perfect blend of luxury, walkability, and convenience. You’re within walking distance of great shops and restaurants while still being in a safe, family-friendly area, and it’s very affordable compared to apartments closer to downtown Nashville with easy interstate access.
The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained with great amenities. Allison and the rest of the staff are truly amazing —kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in their residents. I always felt safe, supported, and so thankful to have had such a wonderful place to call home. Highly recommend!!!”

“I have truly enjoyed my time at Stacks thus far. Such a great community to be apart of! Upon move in, i experienced a few hiccups but Annicka was EXTREMELY helpful, attentive to what was occurring she was very open and honest during the move-in process which made things flow a lot easier. Annicka went above and beyond to ensure I had an easy transition to Stacks! Maintenance is always on point! Renovated spaces, a great pool area. Stacks was the perfect pick for me!”

“Recently moved in. So far so great! Apartment is freshly refurbished. New paint, new floors, modern appliances and fixtures. Gated access. My bldg and surrounding bldg are very quiet. No thumping music blasting during the day, or loud neighbors. Which is important to me so ce I work the night shift and sleep during the day. Maintenance is quick to respond. Had an issue with my AC and they quickly came and fixed the problem. Susan and Nicole have been outstanding to work with and very helpful. A+ community so far! Very happy
/////// UPDATE ////// - I've been here for 9 + months now and I seriously have not seen homeless people wandering the property, not one roach has appeared in my apt, and from what I know, not one car has been broken into. Yes, a guy was shot a few months ago but the tenant was quickly bounced from the property. That is the only shot fired since I've been here. Staff is easy to talk to and fair. My neighbors are the best. Still would recommend Brighton to anyone looking for a nice apt and community.”

“I lived in this apartment from March of 2023 through June 2024 and had a positive experience overall.
Units: I got a renovated units and they were very nice for the price! I had no problems with appliances and there was adequate storage throughout the apartment. Other than some rude neighbors who moved in upstairs towards the end of my lease, I really didn’t hear my neighbors at all.
Office staff: concerns are addressed quickly and professionally! I never had issues communicating with office staff or getting my needs met. The property manager especially was very thorough and solution focused which is a rarity in the renting business.
Property: the grounds are well maintained for the most part and there’s lots of grass and trees. Their dog park could use some TLC from dogs digging in the grounds but I never felt my dogs were unsafe. I also felt comfortable and confident walking my dogs late at night and there’s ample light throughout the property.
Maintenance: They are LIGHTNING quick and SO nice! They are all so fast and professional. If they can’t solve your problem on the first visit, they are honest and empathetic and get it fixed within the next day or so. I had a few after hours maintenance needs or emergency calls and they were there within a couple of hours.
Dumpster: yes the dumpster/compactor breaks every other week or more, but this is not the property’s fault as residents overstuff the compactor causing it to jam or put items in there that don’t belong. Maintenance always has it fixed in the next business day or they call someone in to fix it.
I really have no negative things to say about the property or the staff who work here which is pretty incredible! I really enjoyed my time at this property and would live here again. I only moved out because I relocated out of state. I want to thank all the staff at highlands at the lake for being such a positive living experience for me! :)”
“It's a family restaurant, the food is good,people are friendly. It's a nice place where you don't have to dress up, you don't have to worry what your kids may see or hear. It's what some people call a meat and three veggies.”

“I love living in Trevecca Towers. It’s peaceful and serene Living on the campus is beautiful. The Office staff and social service coordinator’s are very helpful nice. I have a beautiful view of the city.”
“LOVE living in gazebo!! The staff is one of my favorite parts about living there (: The maintenance team is always quick to respond to requests and so friendly to wave as you drive by! Also really love Elaine the assit. manager. She has kindly worked through various questions and calls with me.
Location is safe and clean. Quality and number of amenities far exceed the cost of living so close to downtown!”

“I had the pleasure of living at Deerfield for around 2 years. The apartment complex is beautiful, the neighbors are super friendly and the leasing office is top notch. The leasing team makes you feel at home there and they really take care of the grounds. They have rules but they have them for a reason and it shows. I wish I could give this greater than a 5 start review because this place deserves it.

“Lived here for a year and can say that this complex was pretty nice considering the following experiences:1. An upstairs neighbor's apartment caught on fire, and the whole 800 building was destroyed overnight. Rick, Taylor, and the community manager were up getting the Red Cross in to get people some financial help and even got the clubhouse open for food and water.I can say that the staff were dependable and just genuinely good people.2. As a lot of other reviews mention, my apartment had a mold problem that I put in tickets for. I treated the wall with bleach on some spots, but the vents were a repeat problem that had to be cleaned up by the maintenance team.I just wish the apartment had a more long-lasting solution to the mold.3. My apartment tended to have brown recluses even after treatments.They were easy to take care of, but I didn't like the jumpscares in the mornings.”
“The new ppl here are ok but this maintenance no air no communication I don't like we been here going on 2yrs this sad case here rent not worth it old air conditioner unit they doing all ts other new stuff need to be taking that loan money and invest into new air conditioner unit for these apartments for what they charging isn't worth it dish washer no laundry mat RN they should have kept already one or two washer open wit dryer while they remolding which how long will that take just sad situation here now”
