“My 1 year Review & Back Story: I was forced out of a place in East Nashville two days before Christmas (2022) due to the owner was tearing the beautiful period correct ranch home down to put two Tall Skinnys ($4k per month, each unit). I like Donelson (always have) and looked at other locations in town (grew up here since '83, so I know the Ins/Outs of what I was looking for). I travel a lot for work and love the location & ease of The Bexley to BNA. I walk to the post office (6min) and hop on the Music City Star Train (9min walk) to avoid the $expenive$ parking & traffic of Nashville. I also walk to Party Fowl (20min), Bagelshop (16min), Edley's BBQ (11min), Nectar Cantina {through the neighborhood, not main roads} (30min walk or 4min drive).... Location is key for me! The Lease Process: I was approved on the lease within a few days... Maybe 3?... remember: this is during Christmas Holidays... The Leasing Staff: Super friendly, accommodating, and compassionate as to what my living situation. Maintenance Staff: Friendly as well. And when they swap out the filters on the HV/AC units, plenty of notice, & leave a note on the way out that they had stopped by. The Grounds: Taken care of by Lawn Company. They do an amazing job. I believe they cut and blow the clippings once a week. The mulch/flowers are also kept up with. Some areas .... grass & flowering areas have dead spots... Not because of lack of maintenance or effort.... Its due to dogs that have to "Read the Mail & Reply" (Marking their spots). There are multiple dispensaries to clean up 'land mines' left behind by my fellow renters fur babies, but not all do it. In turn, I have seen the Office Staff cleaning up after my fellow renters (Thanks Office Staffers!). The complex will email reminders about the pups piles, along with reminders on parking (don't park in the Handicap spots unless you have credentials to do so) and valet trash... 99% follow procedures, but there's always that ONE right? So reminders are sent. (<--- Good thing... Accountability & friendly reminders) The Pool: Refreshing and chill with sweet chairs in the water... The Gym: Works for my needs & is upkept with restrooms. Events: The complex also hosts events on site. Nice chance to network & getting to know your neighbors. Wrap Up: I enjoy it here... Again, Bexley has everything I need. I signed on for a second year.”

Upon move in, i experienced a few hiccups but Annicka was EXTREMELY helpful, attentive to what was occurring she was very open and honest during the move-in process which made things flow a lot easier. Annicka went above and beyond to ensure I had an easy transition to Stacks! Maintenance is always on point! Renovated spaces, a great pool area. Stacks was the perfect pick for me!”

“I have lived here since first leasing in phase 1 I loved the people and how close it is to everything that will spoil you. You can walk to Kroger in 5 steps!!! “It's very quiet here and everyone that works here is super friendly. My kids love the pools. I feel safe here the gates lock at certain hours and you have to have a key card to get in or be let in by a resident.”
“The Luxe is a beautiful place that is well kept, clean, and safe. They have several amenities that made this place stand out. This includes EV chargers, salt-water pool, mini theatre, and sauna. No place is perfect, but The Luxe is close. Here are my pros and cons:Pros:- Very well kept- Extremely clean- Very safe and secure- Many attractive amenities (see their website)- Mark, the manager, is super nice and helpfulCons:- EV Chargers are $0.30/kWh for residents.- There is a $140 mandatory internet, pest, trash, fee package on top of your rent.- Their pricing and availabilities online isn't accurate. You would need to contact someone for the latest information.- Their online application process is a little dated, but it still works.Neutral:- Instead of a security deposit, they use Jetty, which is a nonrefundable payment of ~$97.In summary, the pros definitely outweigh the cons, and the cons aren't even bad. I will update my review as needed, but I hope this place stays good!”

“We LOVE living at Gazebo!! We are sad to be moving, but Gazebo really helped us out of a tough spot- they took us in when we were searching desperately for a new place after being forced to leave our old apartment. Gazebo corresponded with us and we finalized the lease in just TWO DAYS! They have been amazing, from the management to the amenities, location, safety... I can't say enough good things. I highly recommend, it is an amazing price for a great complex and community. Thank you Gazebo, hopefully someday we will be back!!”

“I had the pleasure of living at Deerfield for around 2 years. The apartment complex is beautiful, the neighbors are super friendly and the leasing office is top notch. The leasing team makes you feel at home there and they really take care of the grounds. They have rules but they have them for a reason and it shows. I wish I could give this greater than a 5 start review because this place deserves it.

An upstairs neighbor's apartment caught on fire, and the whole 800 building was destroyed overnight. Rick, Taylor, and the community manager were up getting the Red Cross in to get people some financial help and even got the clubhouse open for food and water.I can say that the staff were dependable and just genuinely good people.2. As a lot of other reviews mention, my apartment had a mold problem that I put in tickets for. I treated the wall with bleach on some spots, but the vents were a repeat problem that had to be cleaned up by the maintenance team.I just wish the apartment had a more long-lasting solution to the mold.3. My apartment tended to have brown recluses even after treatments.They were easy to take care of, but I didn't like the jumpscares in the mornings.”
“The new ppl here are ok but this maintenance no air no communication I don't like we been here going on 2yrs this sad case here rent not worth it old air conditioner unit they doing all ts other new stuff need to be taking that loan money and invest into new air conditioner unit for these apartments for what they charging isn't worth it dish washer no laundry mat RN they should have kept already one or two washer open wit dryer while they remolding which how long will that take just sad situation here now”
