“I bot a Robopong 2050 model from them a few years ago. Today I faced a unique challenge. The machine motor ran fine but after 1 ball it started throwing an error about "ball jam in channel". I called the customer care number and I was able to get Cody (Technical services) on the call. He helped me navigate to troubleshoot the issue and helped to fix the issue with updated settings in under 15 mins. The machine started working fine again.I have recommended this machine to a few of my friends and many have bot it in the past 3 years.
