“I went in to look at golf clubs. Decent selection of mid range putters, not much for low end and not much for high end. I was hoping to pick up a Scotty Cameron and something cheap for a road trip.The store in general was clean and well stocked. Employees were helpful and the overall experience was good. I bought a basketball net for the elementary school and will look for putters elsewhere.”

“I love Fleet Feet. I used to buy cheap shoes because I thought it was silly to waste that kind of money. I finally invested in my scan and first set of Hokas with insoles with good running socks. 3 years later I’ve bought multiple sets of Hokas, Brooks and accessories. The staff is always so supportive, not high stress, selling me what I need first, what I want second, and with a few recommendations of their own that they aren’t pushy about, so I buy them too on occasion. I appreciate honesty, low pressure and LEGITIMATE knowledge. I went from almost 300 lbs not being able to walk a mile to just completing my first 15K competitive trail run now planning on a half marathon. I feel Fleet Feet is a vital part of my recovery squad.”

Went there on a recommendation with my dog and bought a killer crescent LT2. A year later I realized I needed the crew for my kids. “It is such a shame that I can only give 5 stars!! From first contact, to fulfillment…this team CRUSHES IT (I mean, like 10 stars!!)!! I don’t know that I absolutely KNEW what I wanted or what I expected, but I can tell you the team at FCI came along side and NAILED IT. We were looking for an “out of the box” giveaway for some networking events, and I came with some ideas, but not sold on any. Maranda stepped up and and made some suggestions, without expectations. She even offered to send a sample, so I could be sure. I loved her idea and we went with it. “I ended up having a great experience and bought my first driver. This location is only about 10 minutes from my house but previously chose not to go based on reviews. This weekend I had a friend visiting from out of town and he told me he had a good experience at the location where he lives and that they have a good return policy in case you aren't happy with your club purchase so I decided to give it a shot. An employee asked if he could help within a couple of minutes of browsing and showed me a few clubs in the price range of what I was looking for. After not liking the first couple of clubs I tried out I continued to browse and Jojo asked if he could help me find anything in particular. We went through a few clubs and he gave me lot's of info and even encouraged me to get the club that suited me better, even though it was cheaper than the other one I was trying to decide between. I wasn't thrilled with the grip on the club I liked so he offered to re-grip it while I waited. They will re-grip a club that you buy from them at no extra labor charge. You just pay for the grip. I'll definitely be back.”

“I must say that this location is by far the best location I have ever purchased shoes from. The top notch customer service, attention to detail, the warm greetings upon walking in, the no pressure sales approach, the service goes far above par. I attribute this not only to the sales specialists at this location, but mainly to the management of this store. Kayla is by far the most nicest and professional manager for a shoe store I have ever met. She goes over the call the of duty to fulfill each customers requests and need and even if the request is beyond her control she still tries to find ways to accommodate and ensure that no customer leaves her store unhappy with the service that they were provided. I was able to experience first hand how not only she treated me, my wife and my mother, but how she was consistent in her service to everyone she came in contact with on what she described as being one of their most busiest days which was a new release day. She not only displayed this level of service but set the expectation for her team members to follow suit and you can tell how they did so willingly and with a pleasant attitude. For the record I literally drove an hour and half to come to this store because it was the only store that had the item I was looking for. Kayla was so gracious to ensure that the item was there for me and not only was I able to get the item but I bought other merchandise as well. When service is that good, it makes you want to spend your money and also come back. Thank you Kayla and Rivergate Champs Team! You guys need to perform some type of training module and send it out to all your stores in your network on what real customer service and customer success management is about. We will definitely be back.”
“It’s another “Big Box” sporting good store. Has everything sporting enthusiast needs. Clothing, gear, grilling/smoking supplies, hunting, fishing, boating, and guns/ammo. Store was clean and staff were friendly, item prices are ok but don’t expect to find any great deals. All in all we go browse thru the store every other week or so just to see what they have.”
