“I am not an avid TSC shopper by any means. Just no business being in there. With Christmas time around the corner, I did some shopping from my husband’s wishlist. I placed a pickup at Hendersonville and Portland due to limited stock of said items. Dawn called me to let me know she noticed a dent in my item, and called me to not only let me know, but gave me a couple of options to rectify the scenario. I could tell she put in the effort of finding a like item, and coming up with a solution, before calling me. She did not have to call me. She could’ve let it go and left me to deal with it when I got there. Because Dawn was proactive instead of reactive, the situation was handled in less than 15 minutes. I am so incredibly pleased with her customer service, outside of the fix she provided, that I will forever drive out of my way to give the Hendersonville store my business.”

“Good product selection at reasonable prices.
The only complaint I have is this: WHY IS IT SO HOT & STUFFY!?
We often have to leave early just to be able to breathe comfortably.
At one point it was 79F in there. While not exactly blistering- add the TN HUMIDITY and its incredibly stifling.”

“Have found a new favorite. And it's close to a few others i enjoying browsing around. HomeGoods In Hendersonville has some interesting items from pet needs, dishes, flowers and .any home decorations pieces of furniture Mirrors cabinets, seating, bathroom to bedding rugs. Like I said , many nice items for home and will likely notice how sweet the employees are an extra and completes the experience . Being Ms. Jasmine is there most the time. She really a kind lady

“PIO at Elm Lash was amazing!!!!! Got a facial (which was phenomenal), lash set, and eyebrow threading. Everything was flawless and eyebrow threading was pain-free! Ask for PIO!”
“My husband and I visited this Walmart supercenter looking for Sam’s Choice gluten-free bread. We took the last one on the shelf and asked an employee if she could see if there was any stored in the back. The employee got another employee named Andrew, who was most gracious to go to the back, since his computer was showing there was still 5 loaves available. When he came back, he apologized profusely that he could not find any more.
It is very rare for someone to go above and beyond, and I hope he will be recognized for the great service he provided. His smile was very engaging and was very personable.
