We didnt buy a car, in fact i never stepped on the lot. But i would absolutely go to see Matt at CarSmart based in my experience. I called to let them know i was coming to look at a particular car an hour away. About 20 minutes into my drive, i was notified that car was being sold. Honesty and integrity aren't common in the car business. They could've let me drive all the way out and waste my Saturday. Instead they did the right thing, saved me a drive, and made my day easier.

We live in a small town in Alabama. Google had no problem finding lots of listings for the 2020 Nissan Leaf SV Plus we wanted. The challenge was finding a dealer who would: 1. Not burden the price with unreasonable fees; 2. Ship the car to us at a reasonable cost; and, 3. Do the entire deal via the internet.
After contacting several dealers that failed one or more or our criteria, we contacted Matt at CarSmart in Hendersonville. He answered all our questions and even did a video pointing out a couple of minor cosmetic flaws. We decided we could live with those. Matt then introduced us to his manager Shawn who helped us get great financing through Capital One Auto Finance.
We signed the deal online Friday afternoon. To our delight, CarSmart’s transporter arrived with our car on Sunday morning! The car was exactly as represented.
We are very happy with our new-to-us Leaf and especially happy with the team at CarSmart Hendersonville who made it happen. Five stars! Highly recommended.

Matt was a pleasure and joy to work with. This process was smooth, easy and stress- free. He was kind, he was assuring and very willing to go in depth with any questions I had. The staff was very kind as well.
While I am sad I parted with my car but I am happy to begin my journey with my new one. If they treat my Infiniti as well as they treated me... she is in good hands.

Worked with Trey on a car deal. Very easy going and excellent sales representative! Definitely would recommend CarSmart. Nick the sales manager was very nice and the whole experience was very low pressure. Will definitely consider CarSmart again when buying a vehicle!
