My husband recently bought a vehicle. He said that Matt was extremely nice and professional. On the contrary, a knucklehead run his credit 3 times in the same day and his credit score dropped from 850. I hope the corporate office is made aware by this post. Matt is not the problem though.

Initially our experience was great. We bought a 2016 Honda Odyssey. Two months after buying it the transmission went out on it and they offered no help to resolve the issue. The van has continued to be nothing but problematic. Now, we have a van that doesn’t work and a hefty car note to go with it.
