“Scratches on our new SUV rear bumper. Our dealer’s body shop wanted $2,500 to replace entire bumper, citing potential impact on sensors. This seemed outrageous as there were no dents or dings, just the scratches. Knox Horizon agreed there was no need for a replacement and instead expertly refinished and matched original color for a brilliant result, and sensors are functioning normally. They even cleaned our vehicle inside and out. All for $500. Knox Horizon technicians have served as the body repair go-tos for several large dealers in town for years and know what they are doing, even around today’s highly instrumented vehicles. We are very pleased and highly recommend!”

“While traveling home to Iowa last Thursday, I lost tire pressure a few miles from Rocky Top and limped into town to Lake City Tire Shop. The trip had left the tread on 3 of my tires basically gone, and I thought I may be staying in a hotel, there, at least a day, but possibly through the weekend, when 4 new tires could be delivered. Instead, to get me back on the road quickly, the owner, Duayne, went out of his way to take an extended, personal lunch break, to drive to Knoxville to pick up a set of tires he'd been able to track down for me. He was back in a flash and his amazing staff already had my old tires removed and ready for replacement. They had me back on the road and headed home, again, in just a couple of hours. They went above and beyond expectations, for a more than reasonable price, and their outstanding service saved my trip. Lake City Tire Shop is a hidden gem and Rocky Top should be proud! If you're in that area, don't think twice about making Duayne and his team your go-to source for tires!”

“Car issues? I highly recommend Omar and his team. I was so distraught when my car started running hot one day before I was planning on going on a 6 hour drive for a family member's memorial service. Omar told me that he would do his best to get my car fixed the same day I took it to him. He did. My water pump had to be changed along with some other issues. Omar kept his shop open after hours, just so that I could get my car and attend the memorial. What a great, honest, knowledgeable person he is. I'm so grateful that I took my car to him.
