“I think the new owner has done his absolute best with what he has. The apartment I leased was very clean, flooring and fixtures updated, and I love the deck where I can sit with my flowers and plants and watch the sunrise. Chris has done a lot to this property to make it the peaceful sanctuary it has become. If there are ever any maintenance issues, he answers every time, and the problem is remedied within a reasonable amount of time.
*The reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because perfection is hard, when you have a property that was built 30 years ago.”
