“These are nice apartments in a nice complex with some good amenities. The one thing I don't like is that the toilets don't flush well. It's very annoying to have to flush multiple times to clear the bowl, so I don't think it ends up saving any water, if that's the purpose. There's a pool and a dog park. It's a nice area to walk around for mild exercise.”

“I appreciate the staff at Hartmann they have always been very helpful. The location, amenities and convenience are perfect for what I need. I'm really enjoying the fitness center, heated indoor/outdoor saltwater pool. They also have a new indoor dog washing station that has a grooming station with a dryer that's so handy. They also have 500/500 internet that works great for my streaming services and when I work from home.”

“I have lived here since June of 2023 and I love the apartment! Good location and a lot of things nearby. The unit we have was brand new when we moved in so bonus points. There was a few maintenance issues but they were fixed accordingly with no problems. I’d say the only thing this apartment is missing is EV chargers as I see a few other apartments in this price range offer them as an amenity. There’s also not very many garages if you prefer one.”
