“The owners of this shop are affiliated or also own the Crystal Raven in Jonesborough, and they are absolutely wonderful! I was looking for a ring to replace one that was too tight, and, even though the Silver Raven was closed, the owners of the Crystal Raven were so kind enough as to let me into the Silver Raven and look around with one of their employees after hours. It was so kind of them, and I felt so grateful. What’s more, I found exactly what I was looking for. It is perfect and so very reasonably priced. Please patronize this business; the owners deserve it! You won’t be disappointed!”

Tate didn’t even attempt to sell us a ring from his vast inventory but instead went to work taking what we had and having my wife’s new ring hand crafted. We were absolutely thrilled with the final product.
