“This location is great and Terry done an amazing job when I broke the hose on the vacuum ??♀️. He had it fixed and back in business in under 5 minutes. He ,and the car wash itself, is so great I decided to get a membership. The only criticism I have is that the car wash does not do a great job at getting the back of the vehicle as clean as the rest. However, it is definitely worth the monthly rate for what all is included.”

“I like this place with 5 in 1 place. Number 1 is the laundromat, always a clean and simple place to do your laundry. # 2 car-wash, it's not a new modern car-wash place, but it is still a good place to wash your car. Sometimes, I used the power wash to clean off what the birds left on my windshield. #3 Dog wash place: I don't have a dog, but I might bring my dog over for a wash while doing my laundry. # 4 restaurant, Tacos Grill place to eat. Never ate there because I always come here for laundromat early morning. The restaurant is still closed while I'm doing laundry. And last, # 5 haircut place. I also haven't gone to this haircut place as well because it is not open early in the morning as well.”

“On the monthly plan and can get car washed once a day if need be. The carwash does a good job with the wash and gets most of the water off with the blower. Damp cloths are provided to get the rest off plus you can clean your mats and vac inside of car out. It is well worth the money!”
“I have visited the TruShine Carwash in Kingsport several times lately. The experience has been wonderful. The site is clean, and the workers do a great job. Two gentlemen there have helped me at the pay kiosks. Tyler and Anthony, thank you for being kind, patient, and friendly. I look forward to visiting this wash again soon.”

“Place is a great deal 50 cents a cycle I was able to wash off stubborn heavy mud from a Chevrolet Transverse, including wheels and wheel bases for only $1.50. I did not use the vacuuming equipment.”
“Ultimate shine is the best automatic car wash I've used. I do the monthly plan, so I can take my car whenever I need to. If you wash your car at least twice in a month, then monthly is the way to go. The wash cleans good, and the attendants at the entrance do pretty good cleaning the bugs and stuff off, but this can be hit or miss. My car always looks good after, so can't complain.”

“I called to let them know that I don’t live around here and needed it done asap. they worked me in for 8am. I dropped my car off and talked with the owner. so friendly. I got my car back around 3:30 to it absolutely spotless. the majority (if not all) of my stains were completely removed. my car literally looked brand new inside and out. he informed me that some of the stains were very tough and may appear in time, but to just bring it back and he would work on them. for only being $207 (with discount), I was astonished. I will be recommending them to anyone I come across that needs a detail. thank you so much!! will be posting pics soon.Services: Steam cleaning”
“Had a very good experience with Ultimate Shine today. I needed a quick wash and vacuum on my van because I have company I am getting at the airport. The young lady at the kiosk told me about the monthly promotion and got me a pass for the next month and then I was directed quickly through the car wash. Once done found a shady spot because it sure is hot ? out. Vacuumed out my care and wiped it all down pretty quick. Had Kira stop by to greet me twice to make sure I had a good experience and asked if I needed any assistance. I will be back. Thanks for my monthly pass! I'll bring the kids next time lol.”
“No trash cans! Their air dryer that's supposed to blow out enough air to dry car doesn't work BUT is cheaper then most places and has several choices wax spot free wash etc”

“Older carwash but, well maintained. Price is very affordable and hasn't changed since before Covid, during Covid and to current date. However, there isn't a posted name and number of responsible party that oversees the carwash and vending machines. Prices not clearly posted on some machines. If you should have a problem, your only alternative is to leave a note on the door in back. I use this specific carwash exclusively and highly recommend it to anyone who is price conscious but, that requires QUALITY.”
“As far as laundromats go this one seems like the most legit. I don't often visit laundromats, but I suppose that when I do it's at Kaylee's (Pit Stop). Drop off service or do it yourself. The washers range from $7 (commercial washer) to $4 (standard) and the dryers are $3 (commercial) to $1.50 (standard). Each cycle lasts about 20 minutes. Overall a decent place if you're in a bind for a washer and dryer service.”
“Equipment maintenance is a problem at times. Seems like sprayers are not working efficiently, the front of the car does not come close to clean, and the tire shine always makes a huge mess on the wheels. I know some of this is not due to the operation and more to do with opportunity with the concept. However doesn't seem like they are trying to improve either. The staff used to wash the front and sides better as you entered and now it's just wet it and forget it trying to get everyone thru faster rather than efficiently”
“This car wash is clean, well-lit and very well taken care of. Because of that, it also feels safe, even late at night - which matters. It is a smaller carwash, but killer location and open 24 hrs per day. I prefer to come here - no wait and I can clean our vehicles at our own pace. The automatic wash is shockingly good, I was surprised.Glad this place reopened. I assume it is locally owned because I see someone servicing the wash and cleaning up sometimes. We prefer to support local businesses when we can, more than enough huge chains in Johnson City with owners across the country. Thank you guys!”
“I highly suggest anyone who is looking for an amazing easy to get to and convenient car wash to come to Tommy's. My car had become extremely dirty from me being a delivery driver and I finally got tired of it. The staff was amazing, and helped me to get my beautiful car back to its nice former shine. This was probably the best experience I have ever had at a car wash. They explained to me how to set up the app and even helped me to get it set up correctly. They showed extreme care and kindness. I will be coming back on a regular basis not just for the amazing service but also for the amazing deal that they have for their customers.”

“The manager, Brandon, went above and beyond to take care of my car situation. I had been there the day before, and the bay I used was not working properly. ; the high pressure water would not work. As a result of that, soap and dirt dried on my car. When I explained what happened, Brandon was very professional and spent about an hour , thoroughly cleaning every stain off my car. It looked better than it had in a long time! As an added bonus, he added in some free washes. I highly recommend them.”

“I got stuck in a bunch of mud yesterday so I dropped by to get my car washed and the attendant, who usually sprays down the car before you go into the wash, spent about 20 minutes, springing off the mud from underneath my tire wells. I was totally not expecting anyone to go above and beyond. Thank you for this. I was having a rough morning and this reminded me of the power of kindness and exuding excellence in our work.”

If your car is as dirty as mine was - they hook it up with the elbow manual cleaning and then send you down the drive through. This car wash is legit. Will definitely return with a cash tip in hand.”
