This location truly goes above and beyond for its customers. I don’t know much about cars/parts and they explained what services I need and why and were very patient. Will be happy to come to this location for regular maintenance in the future”
“First time delivery here, the NTW is actually on top of the hill, you won’t be able to get to it until they open at 0800. Only go by appointment times and there is overnight parking at the bottom of the hill. You’ll have to swing around and back in after you get thru the first gate, but there is plenty of room to do it.”
“Let me tell ya, I dont play with my $ or time. Which is why Scott is the ONLY person I'll deal with. I ask for him and refer customers to him and ONLY him. This is due to his GREAT (I mean GREAT) customer service. Every time I go, they (minus 1 guy...I dont like talking to him) are always courteous and professional. I travel 30 miles to only go to this shop for my minor car needs. May not always get great news, but it's always delivered professionally. I'm sure you'll be pleased as well.”
