“These are some of the nicest people I've met when it comes to working on my car and in general. I want to give a shout out to Mr. Robert . He was so very helpful when I needed a designer plate put on the front of my car, he was so quick to help me and then today ( 7- 8- 24) my car window fell down my inside my door! After going to other places and receiving no help, but crazy quotes to fix it, I called Jiffy Lube, not only did Mr. Robert fix my window, but he was happy to help! He did a quick job, was knowledgeable about how to fix it !

“Had an incident with a mower that threw a rock into one of my side windows(2018 H3) was a little nervous about getting it replaced, Tim Yates and crew had to pull refrigerator and other things to get to all fasteners for side window, talk about concern for my new coach, these guys are the real deal! Had other issues arise on my way to their facility (400 miles away) Craig and Patrick on service side were able to address all issues and had me on my way, basically that whole facility is top shelf, from the techs to George in office!”
