“I was sent here after finding out a hose was on the verge of falling off due to old age. Being our vehicle is our family’s ONLY vehicle. It’s hard to have to leave it for days at a time. The man there (I didn’t even think to get his name due to my mind being all over the place) took amazing care of me. He said it would be a one day fix for that issue and he stood on that! He got the part the next morning and I got my vehicle that afternoon!”

He was so very helpful when I needed a designer plate put on the front of my car, he was so quick to help me and then today ( 7- 8- 24) my car window fell down my inside my door! After going to other places and receiving no help, but crazy quotes to fix it, I called Jiffy Lube, not only did Mr. Robert fix my window, but he was happy to help! He did a quick job, was knowledgeable about how to fix it !

“I appreciate the work that West Power Services performed on my RV. I had a problem with the front end on my RV causing the front tires to wear very badly requiring them to be replaced. The first shop I took my RV to said that I needed an entirely new suspension system and It was going to cost me somewhere between $6000 and $8000. So I took my RV to West Power Services for a second opinion and they were able to diagnose that all that was needed was to replace a camber/castor busing. I also had them inspect the brakes, hoses, and belts which were all in good working order. They were able to replace the two bad tires and do a front end Alignment. A few months later my “Generator Needs Service” light was flashing. So I took it to West Power Services they diagnosed that all that was needed was an oil change. They charged me half what Camping World charged me for a Generator service. Their service manager, Trent, was helpful and friendly. I will be taking my RV back to West Power Services the next time it needs service.”

“I was traveling through Atlanta and a Norgren 5-way valve went out on my XL2. I was able to limp to Goodlettsville. Without an appointment they were able to fit me in and get me back on the road.
I was amazed at the knowledge of the technicians and how friendly the ENTIRE staff was.
The facility is very dog friendly they had a nice lounge to chill in while the bus was up in the air.
