“There are many reasons you should deal with local businesses, I am a firm believer. But, I was running late due to family obligations. I arrived a little after closing time. The staff at Germantown Pharmacy still helped me even though they had finalized things for the day. I have always received excellent service from them, but they continue to make me a loyal customer for their above and beyond service.”

“Thank you to the incredible pharmacist, Kevin! I was traveling out of town and became sick. Due to my allergies and sensitivities, I needed his help in researching the prescriptions that were ordered from an urgent care clinic. He took the time to look them up and call me back with the formulations. Wow! I have used Walgreens for over 30 years and this is the reason why...top notch pharmacists like Kevin!”

“I have used this Walgreens since it was built. It's a great store but they have things they need to step up big time. The crew in the front is always friendly,fast,and helpful!The pharmacy has had some problems BUT they are being fixed now. All the new folks in the pharmacy Kyra, Emily, Jordan, Jennifer, Landon, are amazing! The older pharmacy staff that use to work there made things ALOT more difficult.”

“The short, very dark-skinned cashier with wild hair (Janelle - in case there are others who share her name) was completely impolite and unprofessional. I frequent this location often, however, they recently changed their credit card machine and I was inserting my card incorrectly. Yes, it did take a few attempts and I finally asked Janelle to swipe my card for me because I clearly wasn't getting it. She rudely took my card and swiped it correctly (strip facing downward would have been the better way to word it instead of simply saying upside down) and acted as though she'd been asked to do the most demeaning task ever.This store is in a very nice location so it would be nice if ALL of the employees matched the values of this community. Janelle's rating is a -5, but since most of my interactions are pleasant at this location then I will not allow this one negative experience to influence my overall rating too much.”
