“One of the pharm techs was very rude in the drive thru.Bad attitude b4 we even conversed. Talked to the pharmacist and she explained they were having issues with text prescriptions being wrong.As mine was. Said customers were jumping on them about it.The tech got mad and slammed phone down and walked off. “Drive thru” Pharmacist came over to explain her behavior and brushed me off. Been going 11 years to this location. Usually very good service. This tech needs training or different job.Asked Pharmacists for her bosses number. Can’t give out but they will call me next weekIf they aren’t on holiday. I have been told by Kroger employees they can’t get off in Dec. Big money month.We will see if they call.”

“I visited this the little clinic yesterday in a lot of pain. I had an ear infection and sore throat and was helped quickly and the pharmacy had my medication ready very fast. I told the pharmacy tech that I didn’t live in the area and I wanted to wait. She was very helpful”
“I found hard some really hard to find vitamins at the Collierville Compounding Pharmacy. The pharmacist even looked into ordering a larger supply of the vitamins for me. They also have a good supply of face masks, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, and paper towels. Shopping here is a great way to support a small, local business.”

“Ordered online, delivered within 2 hours, which was amazing. The only problem is that I didn't have the option to swap the unavailable items for something similar, rather than identical. While I appreciate the effort in wanting to get me exactly what I asked for. I just didn't need the exact brand/type of bread yeast/sugar or flour, in my shopping cart. And Since those exact items weren't available, I was refunded (thank you) I went to the same Kroger to get the item on the shelf below. First world problems. Speedy, and efficient service. “I haven't updated my review here since 2016 and it's way overdue. I came here a lot as it is my neighborhood Walgreens and sometimes I would go here three different times, morning afternoon and night, I know :-) The very pleasant and friendly voice of the lady at the register welcomes me with the "Welcome to Walgreens" mantra and she is the last voice I hear on my way out the door with "have a lovely day". That may but not seem like a big deal to many folks but it's kinda a big deal to me and here's why. ......... WHY HERE ........ Anyway, the very kind and gentle lady at the cashier always puts a smile on my face, if only fleeting, but it is a smile nonetheless and I know it leaves an imprint on my day and I'm more likely to pass on a good wish than not. The night pharmacist is a very friendly, professional, knowledgable and accommodating gentleman who has helped me on numerous occasions and has gone above and beyond his duties to make my life a little easier, and for that, I am most grateful. Bottom line: There's a ton of good and bad experiences at Walgreens across the country but this one is one of the all-around good ones!”

“Nice location very quiet and clean and huge selection , the greeter was amazingly nice and helpful , he went above and beyond and made small talk with me and let me know he had family up by me in Michigan , honestly the chat with him made my day even though he had a walker he strolled me through the store and showed me where exactly I needed to look for the product I was searching for ... honestly the world needs more people like this gentleman I wish I would've caught his name but I feel like academy needs to recognize him ....thank you for finding this guy and making him part of your team ACADEMY”
