“Usually change my own oil but I've got a busy week ahead and decided to just swing through here this morning. Was a great experience and quality service all around. It wasn't very busy at all and the weather was nice so I'm sure that it's frustrating at times when customers show up and there is a long line, but the guys working today do a great job and didn't attempt to upsell me on anything and were knowledgeable and friendly. Brough my own drain plug because I knew mine was getting stripped and they went the extra mile to check for any oil leaks and answer my questions about what the area looked like after the visual inspection. Also heard them give some solid advice to a lady that got her oil change in a FIAT that had some serious mechanical issues.”
“Angela and her crew were really courteous and efficient. We were traveling home to Oklahoma with a loose engine shield on the bottom front of our car. She had it secured back in place in less than 10 minutes so we could be on our way. Can’t say enough about how grateful we are!! Great service!”

“I like the ice cold bottle of water they bring just as I drove up. Someone came over right away to help me. One young man even mentioned when I asked him about coupons that there was one on the Take 5 website that would save me a little. It was for $7 but every little bit counts. They got me through and out quite quickly.The young lady that helped me-I think her name was something like Kia- was by far the most cordial, speedy and efficient of all the guys. She was ready with a big smile and a kind word and assurance she’d make sure my oil change was satisfactory. If she’s not the lead she should be. This was two days ago around noon at the Summer and Waring store here in Memphis, Tennessee. Thank you for the opportunity to laud her!-Kelly Walburn”
“They are really good. I would have given 5 stars but I waited 30 minutes before pulling into the bay and then it took an additional 30 minutes because I drive a Volvo. If you have a Volvo, Audi, Mercedes or any other European vehicle, it's not a quick in and out. They were very professional about it and thankfully found the right tool to change my oil filter but I would call first and ask them based on your make of vehicle if they can do your service. I also would have done the coolant flush but they didn't have enough of the type of fluid my car needed so I declined. Granted, they said they could run up to Autozone and get it, but so can I. Overall 4 star experience, almost a 5 except for wait time and lack of product to get everything done. I was there, waited, got my oil changed and left in an hours time, I will however, go back for my next oil change.”

“I wanted to share and send a big shout out to Fox Plaza Automotive (Collierville) we took my car in for front and rear breaks as recommended by the dealership service department. we went to fox plaza automotive service since they had done other work on a different car. upon inspection they indicated no breaks were needed at this time on front or back! Saving us a lot of money that we did not need to spend. They will forever have our business.”

“Was visiting from out of town and the a/c went out on my truck with temps around 100 degrees outside. Originally took my truck to a national chain shop in town and they said they couldn't fix it because they couldn't get the parts. My next call was to Memphis Auto based on the reviews and they did not disappoint. Said he could have the parts the next morning and to have it there when they opened. He got my a/c fixed quickly and at a reasonable price for the amount of work involved. Would highly recommend to anyone.”

“Great value generally very dependable. If there are not going to be any towels it would be nice to have a sign that says "Sorry, washing machine out" or something where you don't waste time trying to find someone to ask them where the towels are. Or out of the sprays. I try to keep an old towel in my floorboard just in case.”

“I had long known the fine Pashby family but just recently had the opportunity to bring a real problematic older car in to the shop. A car that had sat too long and had multiple issues.I found them to communicate well, assure that each step of the extensive needed work was approved, and they ultimately took care of everything. I know that Jason would be proud of how Candice has carried on the business after his untimely departure to Heaven. I think that ladies might well be nervous about bringing cars into shops sometimes, but they might feel better if they knew a wonderful lady owns and runs this one?
