I was working with salesman Alex Hamby and he was excellent at answering questions and working with me on price. We were able to work the whole deal out over the phone/text. He even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to sign the paper work and pick up the car. He was a true professional through and through. “To paint the picture, I drive a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4xe Hybrid. I took my car in initially for a recall of the defrost system and it was taken care of and went well. However I also had an engine light that was on at the same time of my recall service after I experienced a really bad storm in TN back in may 2024 that knocked my power out and tripped my power in my home. At the time I had my jeep plugged and charging. Since then my jeep has been giving me the message "service hybrid electric vehicle system" and that’s what prompted me to leave my vehicle in dealership care. Hannah Wilson has been such a great person with keeping the line of communication open throughout the entire process. My Jeep was in their care from Tuesday, August 6th 2024 until Tuesday, September 10th 2024. I was offered a loaner for the time of service while they worked on it which was great because I still had to work and run errands. See attached image below for cause and repair that was done. But overall Hannah and her team has done a really great job on looking after my jeep and making sure the parts were fixed . Its very rare that I have an experience like this from a dealership but this has been perfect. Thank you all so much again for all your help. Highly recommend this dealership and Hannah as your advisor.”

“I was nervous. My 17yo and I were on our way home to PA from the ball fields in Dalton, GA when our car had other plans. It was a Sunday so mechanics were not open and we were in a tough spot. After I spoke with Phillip from PepBoys I immediately had them tow my car 30 minutes to the PepBoys on Gunbarrel Rd in Chattanooga, TN. James, our tow truck driver was great!! He came super fast and was personable! We talked about the Smoky Mountains and softball. He was great!! Highly recommend. (I hope I have his name correct.)”
