These are some of the nicest people I’ve met. Always look for family owned or ran when I go places and they treated me amazing. You cannot beat the location. Took me 3 minutes to walk to the main st in gatlinburg. The pool a was a great addition too. 10000% recommend staying here when you visit gatlinburg!

Best hotel in the center of gatlinburg. Right in the middle of it all. Best daily room service anything you need they are ready to help. Amazing spot!
