I like knowing who I’m talkin to. I been to other big companies and my dispatcher changes like my tires. This team been the same forever and they all know me by name when I call. I like that.

They recruiter tells the truth. She don’t sugar coat and tell you what it ain’t. You gotta do things straight or she’ll call you, but dispatch is great and gets me home when I need. They the only ones that have a bonus for stayin out to.
