I took a Rubio Monocoat class with Bill this week that I had seen advertised in their sale flyer- it was a great information packed class , and Bill was a great instructor- I’d definitely recommend taking his classes - the store is well organized, and staffed with people who know what they’re talking about .”
“These people are “nuts†about screws, gaskets and such. Much much larger selection than any of the big box stores, they have everything you need to fix IKEA furniture, grills, cars etc. Awesome place for tradesmen to get what they need too.”

The wiring harness on my trailer broke. I called up this location because it was the closest. The young girl (i can't remember her name) walked the aisles checking stock for what i needed. When i arrived, Caleb corrected me on what i thought i needed. He then got the right product, installed it, and had me on my way. He refused to take my money or any gifts i could offer him for the help. Just a handshake was all he wanted.
I'm blown away. I think the next time I drive through here, I'll stop by just to thank Caleb again.”

“I have been a Graham lighting customer for over 8 years. I don’t normally post reviews but sometimes the service is so compelling that you must write one. Customer centric service is a dying breed, and it is refreshing when you come across an organization that has sustained a culture of “client first” mentality. Ginger, the owner, has successfully created an environment which makes you feel important as a client. You get the attention, the follow-up, the flexibility, and a small business feel where the vendor goes out of their way to make things work. The business offers an immense selection of beautiful lighting options and design help as part of the process. Me and my wife are picky, but we have been so impressed with the patience, the professionalism, and most of all the “do what it takes” attitude. In this era of disappearing service standards, it’s great to see that the spirit of making customers feel special is still alive. I am very impressed and know that you will be as well.”
“I had a bath faucet over 15 years old that leaked bad badly. Went to Ferguson and James Wells went above and beyond in helping me. They did not have the parts I needed but he said he would find it for me. I left the store and two days later he called and located it for me. He gave me the contact information and I placed the order. It came in and fit perfectly. . There was no charge for all the effort Mr Wells did and seemed as happy to help if I ever needed anything else. I’m a customer for life now.”
“Out of what we needed. Informed by staff product was on back order since October 2023. Came home got on app & ordered it & picked up at same store in about a week. Not sure what was going on there but Home Depot needs to fix in house information and allow customers to order in store if they choose; which means probably new software?$$$$$On upside all the staff was great especially the 3 tht helped us in garage door insulation/insulation area, except being mis informed about ordering product.?”
