It was very pleasant. From test drive to purchase it took a couple of hours. Of course the Navigator sells itself but Alex was a delight to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and patient. This is my first Lincoln but it won't be my last.

I had a 2017 explorer XLT that I was interested in trading in for a newer model and Alex made the entire process and experience seemless and easy. I ended up going with a 2023 explorer ST and absolutely love it! I would highly recommend Alex to all my friends and family when they are in the market for a new vehicle.

I had a great service experience. Chris Simpson, my service advisor is terrific and very knowledgable. They had to order a part and that went very smoothly. Great communication and super quick service when they had the part. I will be back.

Lonnie was amazing! So helpful with all of my questions and walked me through all of my paperwork. He also gave my car a car wash before turning it back over to me. Such great customer service 10/10!

I was looking for a new vehicle. Originally, I had my heart set on a new Ford Bronco, but after some serious consideration, I decided on an SUV. I found the one I really liked on Lincoln of Franklin's website. Jeff came out to greet my wife and me. I have never had a car buying experience that went as smoothly as this one. Jeff answered all of our questions and helped set everything up on the vehicle before we left. A couple of days later, I had a couple of questions and went to be there. Jeff helped again and made sure that I was totally satisfied. Next time i have to purchase a new vehicle, my search will definitely begin at Lincoln of Franklin.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent handling of my concerns regarding my Bronco, which I purchased from your dealership less than two years ago. Despite bringing my vehicle to your dealership four times to address a persistent noise issue, I was repeatedly informed that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. However, I recently visited another dealership, only to discover that my Bronco now requires a complete transmission replacement.The purpose of this letter is to bring to your attention not only the mechanical issue with my vehicle but also the incredibly unprofessional and unsatisfactory customer service I received when I called to discuss the matter with your sales manager, Donnie. Throughout our conversation, Donnie consistently placed blame on me, stating that it was my fault for not seeking a second opinion. He even went so far as to say, "not only can I not help you but I won't help you." This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and does not align with the standards of customer service I expect from a reputable dealership.As a loyal customer who entrusted my vehicle to your dealership, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. I believe that it is the responsibility of the dealership to accurately diagnose and address any issues with the vehicles you sell. By dismissing my concerns and refusing to assist me, it showcases a lack of accountability and a disregard for customer satisfaction.I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I am seeking a resolution but also an apology for the unprofessional behavior displayed by your sales manager during our conversation.I hope that you will address these concerns promptly and restore my faith in your dealership.

I had the worst costumer service at Ford Franklin. A day later and I am still trying to process what happened. I brought my car in for a routine oil change. The man who was helping me (Zach?) was beyond rude. When I told him that I let the lady know when I made my appointment that we had the oil change covered under our plan, he gave me a huge attitude and air quoted “whoever she is” how am I supposed to know? As I was waiting for my car to be finished a older gentleman came in and was asking him questions about service prices and he was extremely short and rude to him as well. Another customer and I looked at each other both shocked by how he was speaking to the gentleman.I was completely shocked at how rude he was to a costumer. I called the service manager to speak with him but never received a call back. I will never give this place my business again! Save your money and go somewhere else.

They do not deserve one star. They are horrible and do not care when you have issues with your brand new $70,000 car with a warranty and recalls. They worked on my car and it's worse than it's ever been. The service managers are awful and think because they have been there so long they know how to run the business. If they were my employees I would fire them all. They are rude and arrogant men who think women are stupid. They do not return calls, voicemails, and when you visit in person.. they act like you are a troublemaking time waster. They are literally the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Save yourself tons of troubles and go somewhere else.

Easy to set the appointment. Less than 5 min check in. Vehicle was ready early and all was check and not extra work recommended. Price was very reasonable, better than anywhere else. Overall great experience. and I will definitely be back also for tires.

Summer Bell did a great job finding the exact Bronco Sport I wanted. The vehicle was delivered just as expected. All the features were explained and demonstrated to my successful use of them. Norm was very helpful with the paperwork. Vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

Scheduling was very easy and pleasant...my only issue was that the scheduler said my car might need to be kept 2 days. I dropped off on Friday morning and expected to be able to pick up on Saturday. I was told by service rep when dropping off that they don't count weekends so it would be Monday or Tuesday. It would have been nice to know that I would be without a car for 5 days when I scheduled.

Great customer service. Extremely responsive to communication. Had an incredible salesman, Ben Rhett, that helped me through the fastest car buying process I have been through. During the test drive he explained nearly every feature out of the dozens the vehicle had, and was always polite and courteous. Brienne in finance also made the process quick and easy. Beautiful dealership. Awesome people to work with.

My service manager was great with communication. He let me know the status each day. The service inspection found a couple of critical items that I had no idea were problems and were covered by my warranty. It may have saved me from disaster on a long trip I was planning a few days after I took it in for a known issue.I appreciate the professionalism of the Service Manager as well as the master mechanic that serviced my truck!

Alex shepherded us along the entire way pertaining to our recent purchase of a 2024 Ford Expedition. He patiently accommodated several changes in vehicle model selection. Once we selected our dream vehicle, he guided us through the offer and final purchase process. We did not experience any high-pressure sales tactics during this entire process. We would definitely return to Ford of Franklin for any future vehicle needs.
