Nice service advisor, but slow response, extremely expensive repair options for a truck with only 83k miles (front differential going out already?), poor follow-thru when asked to have someone give me a trade-in value (still never received) and zero follow-up when told he would be in touch with a discounted repair rate due to low mileage for the issue. So, no I wont be purchasing another Ford, after having been a die-hard Ford owner for 12 years.

We knew what we were looking for when we arrived. Thankfully, they had two at the dealership. Our representative was wonderful. She explained all the features of the vehicle. Made sure we could remove the roof panels. Signing the papers was easy. I thought he might get more for his trade-in, but he was pleased with the number, so no issues.

I had the most AMAZING experience from beginning to end! Stephen is the first person I spoke to and he was so nice. He listened to my needs, wants and budget. He helped me locate a possible family vehicle. I could only schedule an appointment for Saturday and he wasn’t going to be there, so he left me in the very capable hands of Lee! Lee was so awesome. I explained what I needed and he pulled a few vehicles. The first one we drove was amazing. After that, I didn’t need to look any further. We checked out the original vehicle I saw on the net, but I was sold on the test drive of the first vehicle.
Lee was personable, patient and great to work with. He provided the type of service that everyone should receive when shopping anywhere. I’ve been to 2 other dealerships and they couldn’t come close to how great Lee was to me.
Then I met Norm. Let’s just say that Norm is so awesome ?. He was friendly, personable and he provided the same stellar service that Stephen and Lee did. I felt like royalty by the time I left. Norm made me feel like family. Lee worked so hard to get everything done. He had the car all ready to go when it was time to go. I wish I would have bought my last car here.
Lee made sure that he help me get everything I needed before I left. He stayed later than most to get things set up in my new Ford Fusion and even called the Ford Pass customer care with me. Lee provided the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle for my family.
Thank you Lee for EVERYTHING! You are an awesome human being. He even let me know I can reach out if I had any additional questions.

Lincoln Franklin team,
Sales experience excellent, financing extended warranty/service agreement not good because I would l like to confirm Ford backed extended warranty/service agreement. Finance guys said good in 550 locations but want to confirm that is Ford authorized. Also, not paperwork on extended warranty/service agreement. In the past 6 or 7 extended warranties I had documents with exact coverage & Ford dealer service dept was already aware of extended warranty & service agreement when vehicle checked in for service. Want to confirm getting that kind of back up. Appreciate your time, Lane
