“Over a year ago I had an issue. The employees were nice but I never got a call back but today when I ran into the owner. I explained the situation & I told him I know it was long ago but I felt away because I always hear good thing and the food is good. I just wanted him to be aware bc honestly I was hesitant due to how my previous situation was handle. Let me share with everyone Pure is just that, the owner resolved my issue on the spot. “Order your specialty coffee and food from the self service kiosk. Never saw a person behind the food counter and had to ask the Shell attendant where to get plain coffee. You dispense your own plain brewed coffee off to the side.
Decent coffee, not heavy in acidity or bitterness. I usually drink my coffee black but it was not good enough to drink plain. Uncertain how long this pot has been sitting out, initial dispense came with grounds that apparently had settled over time.”
“The Twice Daily convenience store at Berry Farm is attractive and convenient. The interior is clean and the restrooms are bright and clean. They have a really large selection of all of the usual snacks and beverages and I found the clerks to be friendly and helpful.”
“They was nice very clean store an parking lot . Interacted with us. Only problem I had was I'm from out of town a. Needed something for my baby an they was closed . I think being the closest gas station they should think about staying open a little bit longer . Other than the closing time they are great”

“This Walgreens, located at the corner of Cool Springs Boulevard and Mallory Lane in Franklin is your standard Walgreens location for the most part. The one thing that does separate them from the others I have visited in the city is the level of service. I work in the area, so I normally pop in here for small things to and from the office with my recent drop by being to pick up a few photos I had printed. The photo counter was staffed, which was a surprise honestly. He was nice and quickly gave me my photos. I went to the front to ring up, and the cashier was positive and friendly throughout the process. The store can be a bit of a mess on occasion, which seems to be the theme for Walgreens honestly. Always seem to be stepping over items or moving unmanned stocking carts out of my way. Overall, solid Walgreens location that I have no issues utilizing!”

The store was clean and I noticed they had a big variety of Blue Bell flavors. Photo service was quick and she even offered to help someone who had trouble with the online process. “3.5 - 4 Not sure how I missed this store - so close to home...but I'll not miss it again. One the plus side (3.5) prices for gas (Shell) are consistent with fuel prices across Franklin. In other words....generally higher than at neighboring stations in some surrounding areas and not even close to big discount chains like Costco, Walmart, etc. However, if you are a member of the Shell Rewards program, you can get a substantial discount. Usually from 5 - 10 cents per gallon -- and with certain specials as much as 30 cents per gallon. Access off Rt 96 is easy in-out, depending on traffic (which can be bustling at times). Inside the store. BIG Plus (4)...clean, well-stocked, large selection of snacks and some pre-made (some) hot items like breakfast biscuit or muffin, donuts, roller bar selections, hot subs (I haven't tried those yet.) In addition, plenty of cold drinks and ... the reason I stopped today....hot coffee is available. I'm partial to Colombian brews and the Nariño is rich and flavorful. They also have a "Sugar Cane Process Decaf". Not, no aded sweetener, but a "natural decaf" process that uses EA (Ethyl Acetate) made from sugar cane. Clean interior and very congenial staff. I'll post photos next time I stop.”

“I would give a MILLION stars if I could. The general manager Kim & Eli were amazing. My tire was flat- first thing I did was try to fill it with air! Couldn’t get the air pump to work so I went inside to ask & Kim volunteered to come outside in 90 degree heat to look at it. When we couldn’t get it she ran inside & got me $1.50 in quarters without me even asking. When my tire wouldn’t fill with air she waited with me & then ran inside to get Eli. Eli came out & began the most difficult tire change in history. My tools & Jack were awful & he still managed to help me. Both of them were kind & friendly the whole time. Made sure myself & my dog had water & made sure I was safe. I cannot fully express my gratitude in words. Thank you. They deserve some love from Shell for their incredible service & upbeat attitudes despite all odds & the insane heat.”

In particular Bryan is outstanding with helping with our insurance and is so personable along with many other staff. During covid the pharmacist has been so helpful and being able to get vaccines done easily and conveniently is such a bonus! Hanna has been particularly fantastic scheduling and planning shots to keep our community safer.I love the helpful staff at the main counters and the greeting I get each time I walk in.Life can be stressful but I sure appreciate this team that makes my life easier and all the brighter. Cash registers behind acrylic, but not a single employee or customer besides me was wearing a mask, despite county mask mandate. Open most holidays.”
