“Huge shoutout to Kevin for ALL his help getting my prescription filled yesterday. I'm traveling and was having a lot of trouble coordinating my doctor's office, insurance company and pharmacy to submit and approve the (right) prescription. I was running out of both my medication and patience when Kevin stepped in. Within a couple of hours, my prescription was filled and ready for pick-up. I could not be more grateful for his kindness and assistance.”

If you absolutely require a receipt for every purchase you make for some reason, maybe let them know you want a receipt before you pay? Also, it's a CONVENIENCE store. If you want milk cheaper, maybe don't go to a gas station convenience store to buy it?”

“I visited your Brentwood location to get lunch drink and purchase gas. I noticed your marketing materials that stated 3 roller items and a 40 oz drink for $3.99.While checking out I ASKED the guy behind the counter 3 times if they were $3.99, he mumbled something and rang it up at the regular price without responding to me. He had my money in his hand and apparently took as much as he wanted when I asked again he said my reward card expired. I walked out and immediately returned to returned the hot dogs I wanted because I felt disrespect and he couldn't care less. I immediately went to the Shell station and filled both my belly and tank.Thanks for providing me with the directions to go to your competition for proper customer service.”

“Staff it's a helpful as much as possible, pretty polite, most of them are very young and going to school - colleges. I understand some shelves are empty, sometimes medication it's not in stock, overall Walgreens is keeping the level from time that we all knows for year's. Come on people give a slack for mess that we are all in.!!”

“NOT 24 HOURS - since covid, I think. Time of this review, was there on a weekday and they opened at 5am. Have gone to this gas station for years, always liked it (some have mentioned rude employees but I think that they are just not entitled rich people like those in the surrounding neighborhood). Joke around with the employees, treat them like people, they are always friendly.”

“This is not my local CVS but due to issues, I have had medication filled here several times and the pharmacy staff has been attentive, friendly, informative and helpful. Nancy really helped me out recently and took care of my needs in 10 minutes where a different pharmacy left me without medication or communication for three days. Thank you Nancy and CVS Brentwood!”

“Tucked away behind an Outback steak house, this scenic remote gas station getaway is an absolute must for anyone in the area, which exclusively entails the patrons of Home Depot, Ashley HomeStore, and the Holiday Inn Express. Essentially, it’s your own private convenience store since the Mapco at the entrance to the shopping center gets all the traffic. Stop by for a luxurious experience as the staff attentively assists you like the only customer they saw that day…cause you probably are the only customer they saw that day. Shoutout to anyone who reads this review since in all honesty, no one likely will.”

“Actually, we were in the wrong land and couldn't get over to go to the gas station we were trying to go to. Wend around the corner and found Twice Daily. Wasn't really sure where the name came from, even with as bad the gas mileage is in my car, I can't envision needing gas twice daily at the same location. Apparently what this means is they stock the shelves in the convenience mart portion twice a day ... morning and afternoon, so there is always fresh selections. Gas station itself was really clean and the staff inside were friendly. Great selection of items in the store (mostly snack and drink variety). Spacious store that was also really clean. It's always nice when a mistake turns out to be a good decision. I'd probably pick Twice Daily if it was an option for gassing up or stopping for a snack.”

“I needed to scan old pictures for a slideshow for a family event. I was able to look online to find the locations where I can do the media transfer. I went to the Walgreens on the corner of Nolensville Road and Concord. The gal was very helpful - showed me how touse their scanner and software application. I got all my pictures done, I think I was there for an hour and a half because I filled up two thumbdrives. This place helped me at a time when I was in a hurry and the media quality was terrific! Highly recommend”
“Always have gone to this pharmacy for any of my prescriptions. They're always quick to help at all times and they are the best I've seen at being on top of everything and giving prescriptions in a timely manner Yesterday had an awesome experience where I needed to fill. A prescription that came out to be quite expensive. Caitlin at the pharmacy helped me find a coupon that made the medication significantly cheaper. She went out of her way to help me and for that reason I'll always continue to come here! Thank you CVS!”
