“This review is specifically for Tony! He is an ANGEL. My little sister and I brought in her car that had run into a pole five minutes before the shop was set to close. We were thinking that we'd just leave the car there overnight and have it looked at in the morning. But no...Tony came out, regardless of the fact that it was now past closing time, and personally problem solved until we figured out a solution for her to be able to take the car home that night. He then proceeded to do some car wizardry magic and got it in good enough shape to last her so much longer without needing to spend a ton of money on a repair. It is so clear that Tony and Brown's Body Shop truly care about the customer and are not at all in it just for a profit. I was amazed at his level of care and thoughtfulness in providing her with a "make the best of it" solution, rather than pushing a really expensive repair. Tony is a fantastic person! Give him all the raises. Thank you Tony for saving the day! :)”

“Went in to have a battery tested after a high sales scare tactic oil change venue tried to tell me I needed a new battery- Advanced Auto Parts tested my battery for free and shows me that my battery still had life to it and did not need immediate replacement. I appreciate she took the time to provide excellent service and care even when there was no purchase needed. Will return when I do need a battery without hesitation.”

“This collision shop treated me as a friend. My car was damaged by a particular carwash. Though the carwash committed to fixing my car on their dime, I was having a little trouble getting things set up through the carwash to get the ball rolling to fix my car. Roger Gunther, the manager, of Cool Springs Collision stepped in and helped me with the footwork to get things moving. Roger went above and beyond to make sure to get my car fixed. When I finally got a date set for the repairs, Roger even paid for my rental car up front while we waited for an answer from the carwash to pay for it. Well, we finally got it all done with Cool Springs help. Donna, the receptionist, is an absolute sweetheart who, with her care and concern, also helped in making my very frustrating experience run as smoothly as possible. I love these guys for the care and concern they showed me. They also did an excellent job on my car.

“In March 2023 I posted this review on google: John the service manager is fantastic. I had a lot of issues coming in especially due to past services at a separate dealership. He is honest and caring and absolutely goes above and beyond to take care of his clients. My father and I cannot express our gratitude enough for his professionalism and knowledge. Update: I traded my car in for a brand new cx-5. To say this experience has been nothing but amazing. This dealership did not cause the problems I had at Murfreesboro, yet their GM, Service Manager, Finance Team, and Sales Managers were able to rectify everything. They turned my distrust for the company into a lasting trusting relationship. I personally will not shop for another car anywhere else. Every single employee here should be praised for their professionalism, class, and their ability to have open communication about the purchase and leasing process. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a Mazda.”

“Can’t say enough good things about my experience. I needed small area painted from a two year ago repair. Not only was there no pushback, they made me feel I was the most important customer ever. I was leaving town next week for a month, so it was schedule now or in a month. They got me in the next day! The staff was awesome and knew me by name. When I picked it up after three days, they had it plugged into a sensor checking to make sure no codes were showing, even though they were only painting a fender ding. Great experience!”
