“The staff here is always helpful for getting items for my children and adult items for myself! I had one high schooler needing tap shoes a couple years ago and a little one needing ballet and tap gear!I was in the store recently to get new tights and observed a pointe shoe fitting. The staff member was patiently explaining everything to the child and parent. If my little one progresses to that pointe (pun intended) I'll be glad to take her in for a fitting!Also, I appreciate their veteran discount pricing and convenient exchange options!”

“After a pretty disappointing experience at the Elliot’s in Farragut I googled and found French’s. I walked into the shop and the worker there Frank greeted me immediately and asked what I was looking for. I started with my shoe size because I have a larger size than what Elliot’s carried and he immediately told me not to worry and that they had my size. He proceeded to find me a whole stack of shoes in my size for me to try on as well as continue to grab other options for my while I tried the initial stack. Shoe shopping is something that has always been awful for me, but I ended up finding the perfect pair of boots thanks to Frank.”

“I can always find some things at this store. However, I am always frustrated by what I consider a rather limited choice in style options. For example, my last visit, several days ago, I was really wanting a traditional sweatshirt to wear mainly inside or for casual outings. While they had a good selection of sweatshirts they were ALL hoodies. And when I say ALL I mean every single one. Hoodies I find to be very uncomfortable to wear indoors or sitting around outdoors, because if you aren't actually wearing the hoodie, them it gathers behind your head and neck and is uncomfortable. This isn't the 1st time I have had this experience. I have shopped their in the past wanting several pair of shorts. And virtual all the shorts they had were Cargo styled shorts. As an older person that style simply looks silly on me not to mention the puffy pockets always snag things. It is as if the purchasing department at DXL decides one particular style of clothing is going to be popular and they only purchase that style. I don't understand it and it is extremely frustrating. But I don't have many options although I am always on the look out for other places to buy from.”

“My favorite store only place that sells jeans that fit me good. A little pricy blue jeans here range from 80 dollars to 250 dollars expensive but very good thick denim blue jeans. Also a great place to get the latest club clothes.”

“My husband and I came in to find him a pair of shoes and we left that day and came back the same day for another pair! The manager was very knowledgeable on my husband's needs as he has a fused ankle and requires certain things from a shoe. The service we received was remarkable! I offered a tip which was declined and was asked to do a google review instead! If you are looking for a high quality shoe selection with a high quality customer service, this is the place!”

“My wife is a big fan of Little Happy. We shop there more than I would like to admit. They have really nice clothes and accessories for children. I personally am cheap, but am willing to pay for better and long lasting items. They also carry clothes for special events which are sometimes hard to find. The staff is awesome. They know the clothes and are usually accurate on sizes. But kids clothes sizes are a shot in the dark sometimes brand to brand. They are always willing to help. They also have events at their store which is nice.”

“Came into this store about a year ago to look for a dress to wear to a wedding. It was a weekday mid-day so the store was fairly quiet. I could tell the 2 lovely employees were eager to work and loved their job! They asked if I was shopping for a certain occasion and I let them know I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding. They then inquired about my likes and dislikes, favorite color palettes, etc. and then proceeded to both start picking things out for me, even going as far as to include shoes and accessories! They then helped give opinions as I tried everything on. The customer service was top notch; I wish every clothing store was this helpful!”

She helped us find shorts and she even brought us more options to the dressing room. One pair of shorts weren’t available that we liked so she helped us ship them to our home. “My Girlfriend, her boys and I recently went to Elliott's Boots Shoes and Sandals on Campbell Station Road, in Farragut (which is part of Knoxville, TN technically). We were shopping for the boys, they needed Shoes for School, Hoka is there brand for the foot problems. I personally love Wolverine Work Boots and my Girlfriend prefers KEEN Hiking Boots. The boys like Hoka and Salewa shoes. This location on Campbell Station is nice, lots of space to move around especially if your in a wheelchair like I am. I had no problem parking right outside the door in a Handicap space and no problems with Store entry either. Their store is clean and organized too. The Staff are friendly & helpful.”
