“I like to stop by here when I have Amazon returns since it's much closer than Kohl's or Whole Foods. Everyone working there has always been prompt and nice. They scan your labels and get you on your way. If you have time to make small talk they will do that too.”

I sent an email with the lot information and request for insurance, and a price quote was returned the next day. Pick up from the auction house was prompt, and the breakable items were carefully packed. Shipping was actually so prompt that the delivery date was a day I wasn't going to be home. I paid $5.99 online to UPS and had the large box rerouted to my neighborhood UPS store for pickup. Eve, and then UPS, kept me updated with emails every step of the way. Thanks!”

“Overall: Amazing customer care! I live nearby and my heavy package was not delivered to my door at top floor today. I ordered it online and I added important delivery instructions. But somehow Fedex put a Ground Shipping label on it - means they don't have to deliver to your door. As a customer, there is no way I could know about this. There was no info about this before ordering. Only reason I had to order online was because I am a small woman and I live by myself. There is no way I can carry heavy things by myself like this one.
My package was left by the entrance, close to outside and I had no one to help me carry it upstairs. I called their customer care, I didn't receive a resolution, they only opened a ticket. So I had to drive to this actual location and asked for help in person. It worked! They actually helped me right away, they immediately provided me 2 guys, they arrived with a truck and delivered my heavy package to my door! They worked as a team.
I highly recommend this location.”
