I recently bought a general Lee from a shop in Nebraska, mc electronics, made it 12 miles down the road, and it blew up the only reason i bought it cause lightning struck my old one . Brought it here, and SLEEPWALKER had me up in running in no time with new knobs and a true peak and tune and a few other things . Between Sleepwalker and Jersey, you can't go wrong. Both guys are willing to go out of their way to make sure your equipment is up and running in top notch performance. All i can say is ill never go to another cb shop other than these guys.”

The woman at the Alcoa store (Carman) gave me a very hard time and lied to me and told me that the Lenoir City had the phone and would help after me explaining to her that I had to exchange at the store I bought it from. She said it was owned by the same person and it was okay. I drove 40 minutes and a very nice man confirmed he could not exchange my phone and called her and she changed her story on the phone.”

“I went to Target on Washington rd this morning and I was looking for some cuticle oil and a real nice associate helped me find it. Then I went over to the glamour section they have to look at thier lipsticks I was so frustrated at not finding the right shade for me just then a beautiful and sweet Target associate saw me and came over and she spent at least 10 minutes with me helping me find just the right color for me. I had a great experience thanks to the associate's that helped me.”

“I went to this location on Saturday to find a certain sweatshirt. Online it said there was one in the store in an IUT 3. It was so hard to find that. I also the person I was with said you need to ask somebody that works here. Amber was walking by and overheard that and said how can I help you? I told her what I was looking for and she said there's one more in the store and I said yes that's what it says online. She said it would be here or over here and walked us over to another area. And for sure off there it was.Amber has great customer service.”

“Me and my lovely wife we were just in here the other day and we just love the atmosphere friendly staff a lot of good quality things. We bought my son a speaker for Christmas. He’s just gonna love it then we bought my daughter a pair of headphones. And a smart watch I just can’t stress enough on how friendly the staff is. “This is the smallest Target I've been to, but one of the mightiest in terms of cleanliness of the space and friendliness of the staff. My friend and I arrived on a Friday morning, grabbed coffee at the inside Starbucks and got our shop-on. The customer service area (for pickups and returns) is not its own room and space, but a desk by checkout lanes, as a heads up. Note that because of the size of the store, selection is more limited and the spaces are more challenging to navigate with so much stuffed in aisles. The most noticeably lacking area was the dollar bin area in the front, followed by a smaller houseware area. Otherwise, there were many treasures to be found. Did I NEED new goodies? Nope. Did I buy them anyway? Yup. My husband had been searching high and low for sunglasses and couldn't find any in stock anywhere. There was a sizable selection here. yay! This, and some trendy/affordable work clothes were fabulous, as well as a great variety of hair and skin care products. If you are traveling and need small toiletries, I have never seen a selection as large as Target's. I also am in awe about the huge amount of board game options at Target. The only negative-check out...why have only one human check out lane open and a few self-checkout stations, both with enormous lines? My friend and I had glorious clearance items that would not ring up properly and triggered a worker to come over. I would love more human-run registers instead of self-checkout, pretty please.”

“My 4 year old Mac Book Air needed a new battery. I called around and all the area Apple approved repair locations required me to leave my notebook for a number of days to get the battery replaced but not here!Technician Scott was amazing and my battery was replaced in 30 minutes and that included a diagnostic test before and after battery replacement. The price was reasonable and since the battery was on hand, I didn't have to do without my notebook at all. Thanks Scott!”
